I'm having some issues using the Clearnet website on my mobile and desktop browser. Mainly, I have a few emails in my inbox, and when the page first loads I can see all three for only a split second. They then disappear, and I can only see one email. Furthermore, when I try to click on the one email I can see, my mobile browser shows nothing, and my desktop browser shows only a small portion of the email, unless I click full view. This is happening with both JS disabled/enabled. I don't know if I'm explaining my issue correctly, or if anyone else is having Clearnet mobile/desktop browser issues...I was able to pass SMTP, though. The issues I'm facing are the only barrier keeping me from willingly switching over my forum email address from proton to owl, I really like it otherwise.

Edit: I used the provided support email and sent a short description of my issues
Edit again: "Undelivered mail returned to sender"

Here is a screenshot,
Here's two screenshots showing the issue I'm facing:

[1] Initial page loading - all 11 emails only visible for (maybe?) a fraction of a second. All 11 emails present.

[2] Page fully loaded - only 2/11 emails visible. Can't find a way to see the other 9 emails.

@TryNinja - I see your inbox has one email. Since you posted that screenshot, have you received any other emails in your inbox? Are you experiencing this same issue?

I also noticed the sidebar/email layout could be improved.

Here is a screenshot, the email container should take more of the screen:

Well, I don't remember correctly, but as far as I remember, there was another option to pass SMTP, which was an offline method.
Do you know what the logic behind it is? And how does it work? So that users will be able to send emails....
I don't think it is possible to send a digital message offline without a direct meeting between the sender and the recipient. You can create it, but not send it.
I think it's impossible to send smtp 100% anonymously without tor or vpn.

No, I am not talking about sending a message offline. I am talking about when I was trying to send an email; it asked me to pass SMTP, and now, as far as I remember, there were two options to pass SMTP: online and offline methods(just for passing SMTP, not for sending a message).

I have another question, which is how and why fast mode is needed in the service, where I noticed that emails are already being sent super quickly as I tested the service again today.

Because when I click fast mode, it asks me to "Enter your password to enable JS mode:"

You don't have to click on it. It connects to IMAP automatically, which is why the option vanishes very quickly after loading the page.

Did you check your junk or trash box? If you still don't find them there, then I doubt that the system needs to have some upgrades. Because an email vanishing without any reason from the inbox doesn't make any sense. Hopefully, you will get a positive update from the support team if you have already told them about the issue that you are facing.

Hmm, this may be a kind of glitch... Have you gotten any response from the team regarding this issue till now?

Sneep

Nah, the email-preview being too small was also pointed out by TryNinja. It's not the biggest concern for me, b/c I can see it through the full view option just fine. As for the support response, I emailed the listed email on the website you're supposed to send support-inquiries to, and it just returns an email to me stating the email failed to send.

Oh, I got you here. I think you need to give it another try may be you will be able to send this time.
But honestly, I haven't faced such an issue anytime I used the service.
