I have had 3 loosing streak this world cup, and I'm on a break, let me sit back and watch the pattern, I initially thought it was something that we normally witness, big teams smashing the weaker teams, but seem this tournament comes with a different ball game, Bigger teams struggling to get a win. During the first leg, majority of them played draw, and we can see the number of draws that has played this tournament, I'm closely watching how things unfolds as we progresses.

Just like you OP, I haven't been placing bets since this World Cup tournament started. I want to just watch and enjoy matches without getting too emotional about them, except matches involving South Africa. Of course, I know they're going home with result that will come out of their next match with South Korea on June 24, 2026 in Mexico. I expect the Koreans to take that one. On the officiating and time management on the pitch of play, I'm impressed with the ongoing tournament. It's so far, so good.

This World Cup has been filled with several surprises. Favourites are either losing or drawing games. Any gambler who is betting solely on favourites would have experienced several losses. I have been patriotic with my bets in this tournament. My bets are mainly focused on supporting African teams. Only two African side have won their games, which indicates that I am not having a good time.

The 2026 FIFA world cup has been amazing experience and the matches so far have been on point as expected, even though we cannot be 100% accurate about gambling some of the outcome, but at least the fun is still maintained and we have been excited to see that things are going as well planned.

Now that the second round is in full swing, I can say I haven't won anything yet, but I haven't lost either. It seems I'm up 10-15 dollars (which is nothing compared to the fact that I made bets of 100-150 dollars, among others). Plus, considering I'm betting aggressively, trying to get big multiples (or at least significant ones), I'd say so far so good. Some results (Spain, Portugal, etc.) added a fly in the ointment, but this is always the case, regardless of whether it is the World Cup or any other competition.

After watching the first two days matches, I decided not to bet since, the games are unpredictable and not like what I expected. I'm enjoying all the matches without any andrenaline rush so that, I don't feel too emotional. Any interesting match will go with a bottle of beer.

I think so far the World cup has been forgiving for those who focus in specific matches, specially those which involve major teams like Argentina. On the other hand, there have been a lot of draws during the matches of this week, and considering how most of gamblers do not bet in draws, I am sure the World cup has been pretty unforgiving in that aspect to millions of people, so far I have been able to capitalize a bit on some matches, but I have lost some money because of other matches which did not go as the majority of people and I expected.
I am personally looking forward to see how Argentina and Germany play and whether they will be able to keep up their pace.

Some of the matches are some how unpredictable like the Portugal vs Dr congo match that ended in a draw most gamblers will confidently give Portugal to win that match since they came as the favorite to win, i have actually played some bet since the kicked start of the world cup but i haven't won any game so far but not relentlng i believe that before the end of the world cup tournament I will get some win.

This 2026 FIFA world cup is the most mysterious FIFA world cup I have ever seen, like it's really unpredictable, and what amuse me the most is how some of the countries I'm seeing now manage to qualify, that should be a clear sign that it's not going be real easy to predict, just imagine Portugal that I thought will not draw a single match in their group is the ones that went ahead to draw with DR Congo, like how did that even happen, that is still one thing I'm trying so hard to figure out, like all of them was just nothing to write home about in that game, but my happiness is after my first lost I have not bet on anyone of them ever then.

To me, the FIFA world cup tournament is still going like every other league match. Look at the match between Spain, and Cape Verde, their was so much confidence on bettors that Spain was going to win outrightly, but guess what, the same match ended up 0-0 full time. I don't think there is any special strategy that fits this world cup rather than the ones we use during the league matches, gamblers are still struggling to win, the matches are still on trial and error, and no gambler is confident enough about their bet.
Gamblers are still depending on strategy, and luck, as the tournament is going, nothing different is happening, some gamblers will be lucky to win, while some may not win at all, and nothing more than this is expected in this tournament.

lol … this World Cup is quite an interesting one seeing teams like Portugal drawing their first game which I expected they were going to win DR Congo after the game, seeing Canada beat Qatar which were the last organizers of the World Cup being lashed by Canada with 6 goals to none which was quite a shameful thing for the team and has made it even more difficult for one to predict the outcome.

 I believe there certainly gambler's that can be lucky enough to predict a winning bet in this FIFA world cup and I believe there is nothing different about this FIFA world cup and other leagues that we have been predicting before. The outcome of my predictions have been so unfavorable, the unnecessary draws of Portugal, Netherlands, spain and Switzerland cost me my bets because it was so unexpected that they would draw with their opponents. Most of them would've been much better if I staked them BTS. The second round is look much better as I Secured a near miss yesterday, but I hope the results would be much more encouraging going forward as teams as the group stage elimination is becoming more of a reality.

People where stated that FIFA world cup is very difficult to predict I think is just a lie, but after I saw a lots of people’s failed their bets last week and this week I realized that the FIFA world cup is actually difficult to predicted is only those that have enough money can afford to bet in the world tournament.
