Your DIY version with the official hologram seems even rarer to me.
So considering the historical and collection value of the coin, the starting bid of .0150 BTC seems quite reasonable.

Would it increase or decrease the overall value? (I know its a hypothetical question and anything
is worth what others are willing to pay

Or another way is the value of the coin based on the year, this version of only 50 DIY, original holo

From my experience, assembling and loading a coin like this would decrease it's numismatic value
Grading it may increase its value, but I would think that due to it's rarity this would add only a small premium
Yes, the value is derived from it being 12+ years old and the rarity of it.

Ideally, I think it would look best in a slab like this from PCGS:

Alternatively, ICG will slab both of these in 2 of the standard size slabs

Not sure if they did away with them, but might have modified the slab
I have seen other dual slabs before for things like Panda sets!
