Both instinct and analysis can go wrong in gambling. When betting on sports, I prefer to analyze them, as it lets me examine the teams' or fighters' positions. For me, instinct in sports betting is like blindly betting, while analysis provides a more concrete basis for my bet. Instinct can be effective in other areas of life, but in sports, betting analysis is a key to winning.
I agree that when we let our instincts go on as we bet, that's the same as blind betting. There's no stats and basis on it but just your gut feel. While we respect however we're betting but if you're up to have that better chance of winning, you're going to analyze games before betting. And you are free to change it and rely on your instincts if you think that there's something wrong with your bet and you want to follow that.

As the title suggests, do you let your instincts disrupt your analysis?
That is why gambling is often referred to a game of luck and not basically by your strategy or analysis alone. If it were to be based on analysis alone then a lot of bettors that aren’t good at calculating analysis would quit but lot of gamblers place their bet on a team because they followed their instincts,I have heard and seen a lot of people that have been on the winning streak with their instincts guiding them on the team they should place their bet on,and it’s been working out for them. But if you can use your analysis to place a bet and remain on the winning streak then it’s fine if you don’t regard what your instincts tells you.But the fact still remain that gambling is a game of chance and by luck and not because of your knowledge or skills.

As the title suggests, do you let your instincts disrupt your analysis?
When I enter into a bet, I keep myself very calm. And when I do research, I don't let anyone else in, I do research on my own knowledge and if I lose, I can console myself, but if someone gives advice during the research, I feel annoyed. And I don't bet there, I bet on my own research. Even if I lose on my research, I can still keep myself calm. But if I win on the bet on someone else's research, I don't consider it an achievement.

As the title suggests, do you let your instincts disrupt your analysis?
Mine was the other way around. I did my analysis and got my result, but after placing my bet, my instinct told me that it was a risky pick and I should have gone for the other team, but I ignored it and just let it run, but at the end of the match, I ended up losing. This was kind of like the few times when I have had mixed feelings, and it turned out to be right, most of the time when I follow my instincts it usually end in shambles and I would lose my bet.

Sometimes after selecting some games to gamble on i make some changes because of my instincts but at the end of the day most of the changes I made as a result of what my instincts pushed me to do become the wrong games that will make me to lose. After encountering this things more than twice I don't let it affect me again so what I do is to focus on what my analysis game me then after betting on that one I can decide to make some selections based on instincts.

That's a good one, you are so discipline to the extent of not allowing third party in your analysis and that is a good one, so that if you lose, you won't blame anyone other than yourself and if you win also, you will be proud of yourself as well, and this kind of mindset its what people do struggle everyday, and its important that you showed how much you care about your peace, which you understand that the game is both for profit and loss, so that helps to keep you in control, and if most gamblers act like the way you are doing, especially those that are having issues in controlling their emotions, it will find it easier to gamble by the rules.

After encountering this things more than twice I don't let it affect me again so what I do is to focus on what my analysis game me then after betting on that one I can decide to make some selections based on instincts. I can relate to that. It’s normal for a gambler’s instincts to make them second guess or have some bit of doubt on a what they initially considered to be a well thought out analysis, I’ve been there several times, sometimes it turns out to be the right decision and other times it ends in regret. Now what I do is that, first of all, I stick to my analysis, and if my instincts tells me something different, I’ll still go with it but on a different bet, so anyone that goes right or wrong I don’t end up losing or regretting my decisions entirely.

Normally there are people with strong instincts, and whenever those people follow their instincts, it usually plays well for them, i have strong instincts too and whenever i ignore my instincts ABD do what i feel is best for me frankly speaking, i always regret it. There is a group i belong to where they always drop predictions, they dropped some games yesterday and none of them were able to play as it was predicted, today they dropped games and my instincts were telling me to play them, but because of the money i lost yesterday i decided not to play today's games and gest what, out of the 5 games 4 played and now i am regretting it. So, what are trying to say, somethings it is good to follow your instincts.

I had some few matches selected yesterday and during my analysis I was so sure that Netherland would win Tunisia but my instincts were very biased that the game would be draw, but even as that I didn’t care I had to give Netherland direct winning and they won. Moved to the next match, Japan and Sweden same thing happened to me where I was lost. Apparently, I knew it would be Draw game but was carried away that by instinct that Japan would win, then I had to give winning to Japan but guess what? The result was Draw. In that case, I wouldn't even trust my intuition on any pickings because the outcome of those games, from the way you described, were too obvious. Bookmakers find these opportunities and twist the odds in their favour--- you'll often want to play a combo/ parley bet, and just like it happened to you, one game spoils the whole ticket and that becomes an assured profits for the bookies. Maybe overthinking is what you need to fight? As the title suggests, do you let your instincts disrupt your analysis?
As the title suggests, I suppose I should only rely on my instincts alone when making predictions or do y'all do something different that I don't know?

Well if this your bet have won, you will be telling a different story right now and you will be like, thank my instincts and believing in it. Winning is based on luck, although your analysis draw you closer to your lucky, and sometimes is better, not to think too much just do your best and await the outcome.

I would say that always relying on data and analysis actually increases the chances of winning. Instinct can often be the result of a sudden emotion that comes to mind, which is beyond perfect calculation. Like a team's previous performance report clearly shows that they will lose but just because of the weakness towards the team, it may seem that they will do something miraculous. And ignoring your own analysis and chasing only your feelings, you will lose more in the long run.
You might be right, as it helps more than instincts, but that depends of people though, there are some people that have this belief that there instincts gives them more luck that their statistics or analysis and it does work for them. Although instincts deals with emotions that one make choice based on their emotions and sometimes its doesn't result the way they may have planned about it and its even better to just bet and expect nothing, than to just rely on instincts or statistics as the both can't be trusted.

Working on our instincts could help because if you entirely skip your instincts and working on only based on your analysis then you may not become a successful gambler
What most people does is to at least allows both to help them get their winning, while there some people who doesn't do any analysis but entirely relying on their instincts.
When choose and selecting match may either just look at their previous past matches and give winning the club they felt would win.

Allowing your instincts to interrupt your analysis shows that you are not sure of the game you have chosen and sometimes your instincts might be right or wrong just like what has happened to you, In the bit to win when you are confused the gambler gets himself carried away and ends up losing his game . In Sportsbetting, gamblers are always using their instincts so as not to lose out completely in the game since they know there must be a loss in gambling, therefore instincts cannot be trusted completely when analyzing.

I will never use instincts as long as I can analyze it. So, I prefer my analysis, even it is for betting. In the match Tunisia vs Netherland, Netherland was surely to win the match because they are much stronger than Tunisia. I'm surprised that you guessed the match will end up wit a draw result. You can see the stats of those teams and the players' quality of both teams. Considering this matter, there is no way that the match will end up with a draw. Meanwhile Japan vs Sweden, these teams are actually almost the same in the squad quality. So, it is very possible to end up with a draw result. However, since it is gambling, sometimes the result is very often unpredictable. That's why we often said that the luck factor takes the biggest role.

I believe it is something that has happened to every bettor. This is why knowledge and experience are good in gambling because they shape gambling psychology to the concept that will provide a good result. However, it is good to make mistakes just like you did, nd wht is not good is not knowing the reason behind the mistake/loss in gambling, because when we know bout the reason, it is when we can work on the perfect solution to prevent it from happening in the future.

I don't really bet based on instinct, I prefer to do my analysis though. For me I think my instincts are just random thoughts qnd there os nothing definite or guaranteed about it. when your history shows that you are a strong gambler, this is hard to deal with.

I don't feel my instincts interfere with my analysis instead I rely on my own instincts, besides that I myself don't believe in strategy to get a win so I bet according to my own instincts, with random results proving that luck is more concrete in terms of determining victory than strategy. Actually by analyzing this is the right way, it's just that luck still determines it in the end.

If you cannot control your instincts, you will not be able to make the right decisions. If you are driven by emotions, you will be far from reality. I have my personal preferences and everyone has this mentality, but if I give more priority to my preferences and bet on my favourite team, there will be a higher chance of losing most of my bets. Analyze before betting and try to be perfect without giving in to emotions. During the match between Portugal and Colombia, I bet on my favourite team, but I am not sure which team will win. Although the analysis shows that Portugal is ahead, it will not be surprising if Colombia wins the match.

You cannot completely eliminate instinct when betting. Sometimes instinct can make us win. However, when making decisions, we should give priority to information first. For example, it is important to analyze which team is in form, popular, or has played well in previous matches. Because since you are discussing sports betting, you must pay attention to analysis, and your decision can be improved. If you combine some instinct and analysis together and come to a rough decision, the winning rate can probably increase there, although your analysis may be wrong. If your analysis and instinct do not go in the same direction, then it is better not to place a big bet on that match.

Most of the times I couldn’t differentiate my instincts from myself because it could be right more than I thought and then it get me confused what exactly to go by because my mind my be running two options which leads to me doing something that will eventually result to a loss in the end.
Some times it good to let them lead but sometimes it’s better to take control by using pure analysis even though it could be wrong, however combining them both could make it better.
It happens to me too at times but lately i have been able to differentiate them, instinct is that small voice of caution inside everyone, it sharpens an individual to always be on guard knowing fully well that despite once prediction he shouldn’t be so relaxed because football remains a game of chance, it is good to analyze a game before playing because even though football is a game of luck statistics is always useful because it gives the gambler an edge by reducing his chances of losing judging from the current form of the team. A good gambler will need both characteristics to win, analyze but still follow your instincts at times.
