Here we don’t have Bitcoin or crypto ATMs that can help you use cash to buy stablecoin and then use a DEX to convert it to Bitcoin. What we use most here that I’m aware of is P2P exchanges (KYC verification required) where you run a bank transfer to the next person and get the Bitcoin in return, which you can then move to a wallet you are in full control of.

I could have suggested F2F, but it comes with its own risk, even with the P2P, I will suggest you ask someone who knows the way around to guide you if you are pure novices to the system.

You can purchase it online with various P2P platforms and Exchanges we have all around as Nwada001 has said above, or rather you can check out some exchange threads on this forum managed by trusted by Nigerians like that of CryptoneurBrainBoss but I’m not sure he still runs that exchange..
