What are your thoughts about this prediction?

Well, in my opinion that’s still a very long shot so, I actually see it as nothing more than a prediction. To be honest I don’t really believe in these kinds of things because it’s hard for me to take them seriously, just like anything else related or based on nonsense predictions. Football as we all know is too unpredictable and there are still several difficult matches to be played before we even know who will reach the final.

It reminds me of previous World Cups when people were using animals, like octopuses picking colored boxes, to predict the winners. It was entertaining but I never believed those predictions either. The same goes for these Simpsons theories they are fun to discuss, but I would rather judge the teams by what they do on the match than by viral predictions on social media and views.

I so much hate to see this prediction each time I watch Facebook reels, is so annoying that many people take it serious and it haa made the game of football to be some how, especially in this World Cup. This is the same reason I want that prediction to go wrong and for Portugal not to win this edition of the FWC because they have said it before that is Portugal to win it, now Mexico? That's funny, How can a TV show keep predicting the future, perhaps it wasn't the Simpson maybe it was done to revive the franchise because there is no way a team like Mexico can win Portugal not because they are not good but Portugal is on a different league. Stop to spread the false news. In that episode, it's never mentioned if it's related to the 2026 WC. Simpsons has made hundreds of predictions but only one or two games happened. So predicting the final of current WC based on watching Simpsons is laughable.

As a lot of the users have posted here, these are just clickbait tactics. No one in their sound state of mind would believe that the world cup semi-final will be played between Portugal and Mexico. Regarding Portugal, I find it difficult to place them at the same level with teams such as Argentina, France and England. And Mexico is nowhere near these teams. Obviously they have the home advantage, but how far that is going to help them? And Mexico had the easiest group during the first round. They were placed in a group along with South Africa, South Korea and Czech Republic.

In the world of football, gamblers has the opportunity and right to predict any clubs that they feel will actually win a particular game or qualify for final, so if probably Simpsons prediction is what will surely come to pass, I don't see it as a bad idea because i so much believe that upon with Simpsons prediction, gamblers will still drop their own prediction from their own point of view, on how they have been able to analyze those teams that has qualified for the next rounds, I'm seeing Portugal playing the final but for Mexico to play final with Portugal is what I'm too sure of, but let us watch and see as games proceed with the remaining matches, which will determine the faith of all teams FIFA world cup tournament.

For me, I would always see football as a battle that has no definite outcome until after 90 minutes. Of course, due to good play and formation, some teams or countries can have an edge over some other ones and may likely win and/or have a higher percentage of winning, but most times too, it could turn the other way round.

The world cup is too far to begin to think who would play the finals or even win. We have great countries and some have also left. I've seen quite a number of events that the Simpsons predicted that happened also there are a few that didn't happen as predicted so it's not as if anything that the Simpsons predicted was always accurate. Despite the Simpsons prediction about Mexico, reaching the final of this world cup I would still put my money on England to win against them because I believe that England is a better team than Mexico. I've never believed in Simpsons predictions. In fact, I've come across several debunking videos where people showed how many of these so-called predictions were manipulated or taken out of context, and that a lot of them simply aren't true. That's why I'm very skeptical about them. I think most of these "predictions" are fake, and the small number that did seem to come true were nothing more than coincidences. I do not know who Simpsons is, but if he is someone that have had good predictions in the past, this will be a ridicule one for him as he predicted what may not happen already. It is very simple, Mexico is not going to get to world cup Final. I do not know about Portugal, but it is better than Mexico and have better chance of getting to world cup final than Morocco. Yes, the Simpsons predicted that at some point in the history of the world Mexico would play Portugal in a competition. But there are multiple things wrong with your claim that even the article itself states, if you bothered to read it instead of jumping on a headline. It does not specifically mention 2026 like you assert, not is it the FIFA world cup mentioned - just a generic football game between two sides that was bound to happen in the course of time. The Simpsons has predicted a bunch of things and it could almost be considered a self fulfilling prophecy when you look like someone like Trump becoming president. Who knows if this will happen, but there are a lot of great teams left to go through and neither of these is the favorite.

Everything is so coincidental in this series that some take it too seriously. It's really crazy to see some of it happening, but I think the chances of it are very, very small, but still, it's just weird that it happens like that. It would be better if there were an actual year, but that's just crazy.
