If circumstances were to force me to part with or sell the Bitcoin I’ve accumulated, I would do so. However, if, for example, there were items I no longer needed that could be sold and were valuable enough to cover my needs, I’d prefer to sell those first. But if what remained were valuable items that I still needed and I didn’t want to sell them, I wouldn’t have any qualms about selling my Bitcoin. Besides, I can rebuild my holdings once my financial situation stabilizes again. So I’d rather make things easier for myself without overthinking it.

If I am in that situation, I will selling Bitcoin that I have but not my Bitcoin investment. Maybe I will sell my Bitcoin in the exchanges that I used to trade. I think this is quite confusing for us to decide which direction to take. Currently selling Bitcoin is unnecessary as we sell other assets only to buy back Bitcoin. I think this creates a bit of panic in undertaking this task, especially now that the market price is quite favorable for those accumulating Bitcoin. The drastic price drop has made it better for those of us who own assets other than Bitcoin to sell those assets to buy Bitcoin. There will be a time when the market price will stabilize as it did in the previous few years when the price was still above $100,000. Therefore it's better to sell other assets just to increase the amount of Bitcoin we own for our future assets.

Well i think it depends on the type of emergency not on emotions or blind loyalty to bitcoin. If it is a life threatening medical emergency or something serious then preserving life and completing responsibilities should come before protecting any investment. I would first use my emergency fund then after that i will reduce unnecessary expenses and if needed i will sell other non essential assets. Borrowing would only be an option if i had a proper affordable plan to repay it. Taking on high interest debt just to avoid selling Bitcoin can create even bigger financial problems. If none of those options doesn't work then i would sell part or all of my Bitcoin without hesitation. I believe we investment money to improve our financial security  not to become more important than our real life needs. Other good option is to put your bitcoin as collateral if you are reluctant about selling it. Your bitcoin and its capital gain is protected while you can solve your problem.
But I personally would sell the most liquid, low slippage asset that I have if I can rebuy later. Bitcoin price action is usually slow enough for you to have a time to collect money and buy again.

Same situation with me. For me, I treat Bitcoin as my investment and, at the same time, emergency funds. It's like money in the bank.

But I never think any person can fall into such a situation, where only his savings are. If you get enough money to invest, then of course you have money making source. Why did I choose other options such as borrowing money from close friends and selling unused or unproductive items?
