Forex and crypto similarities, which matter the most?

In the financial market, whether it is crypto, forex, stocks etc, what matters most is the ability to manage risk properly because proper risk management is one partway to be profitable and be able to sustain that profit for the long run. Going for quality trades over quantity of trades to be taken is also important thing to note, one traders stated that he became profitable when he stopped taking multiple trades in a week. So I think such measure is something that is adoptable, instead of risking your money on trades that will perform poorly, is better you wait for the best setups, even if it only shows up twice in a week.

I never heard of TradeFi by searching this term; it looks like a DeFi decentralized exchange that has stocks and commodities, including crypto.

Can forex, stocks, and commodities be traded there even on weekends? It looks interesting; I might check this site and do deep research about it.

I do not know much about it, but they can not be traded on weekendsbas it followes the traditional markets. Only what I noticed that is different about it from the traditional markets is that they have lower trading volume but which is gradually increasing.

By checking TradeFi.ng, their social media accounts have very few followers, around 5 or less. It seems this is an unpopular exchange, and by checking the site, it looks like it is not an exchange but an investment site that talks about forex, stocks, commodities, and investment FGN bonds.

I do not know of those sites, which can not let me use them. You can see TradeFi on crypto exchanges like Bybit, Bitget and MEXC. Just like Spot and Future, these exchanges have TradeFi which kind of look more like traditional way. I have also seen it on Gate exchange before.

It seems that this is another option to trade on well-known exchanges. I don't trade much on Bitget and Bybit I mostly trade on OKX, but weirdly, I can't find this on mobile because I always execute my trades through mobile while analyzing the market through my laptop.

Interesting, the cryptocurrency exchange nowadays appears to be more adaptable to all financial assets; we no longer need to look for a broker to trade forex, metals, and so on... This will make other brokers die because you can trade non-crypto nowadays on crypto exchanges.

For now, the metal or the gold is currently closed; they are also following what the traditional way does.

I won't like someone telling me all. There has to be some answer to that question.

A well groomed trading who has a good risk management play, a good strategy and an edge around his strategy can trade either the crypto market or the Forex market. The idea is that you don't have to trade everything but you can chose a few of those assets you want to focus on. And from time to time when you see that an asset doesn't favor you, try something else. So many traders are stuck on one asset for long because of what they've heard others testify about that asset. Unfortunately one thing doesn't always work for every one. You have to find your own strength in the market and trade along side it. On a long term your psychology has to be built on a strong foundation. A weak mindset would keep you running that in the dark for as long as it can. Trading is all about taking risk, but not every risk is worth taking for someone who wants to be a professional..

I am not a big on forex guy, I have tested it only a bit in my life, but I do not do it that much. However, the reason why I am not doing crypto leverage is the same reason why I am not doing forex.

So if you are doing 100x bitcoin leverage, and you switch to forex, it would be pretty similar to you. For me, as someone who is a long term investor, or like maybe short term spot trader, then I have to say it is not the same for me and that is why I do not feel like forex is for me.

understand why crypto trading is more important than forex trading, know their different strategies and also understand the conditions that each type of trade entails, crypto trading is mostly 24/7 unlike the forex trade that ends on weekends and resumes at the start of a new week.

The crypto market isn't important more than the forex market instead I will say it is the other way around but both market are very important. They both have their differences as they have their strength and also have their weaknesses but you should understand that as a trader taking advantage of both features is what makes you profit. The similarities I will consider between crypto and forex market is that both of them deals emotion which if you can understand how this can help you make money, then you will definitely make a lot of money. Learn to control your emotions if trading both market then you can easily take advantage of the price differences and make a profit irrespective of if you are trading via the crypto or forex market.
