I am not sure if I am getting you correctly. Do you offer non-KYC accounts for the forum users? If yes, then what about your terms? You might ask for KYC later. However, make sure you can stick with your promises. If you respect forum users, then probably they will support you as well by moving from other platforms to your platform.
