[For fun] Can bitcoin get to all time high this year

My perspective would be based inversely vs the dollar index currently indicating no way is it happening this year.   BTC  can always defy expectations but we'd also need Dollar DXY to trade below 100 which it appears to moving upwards not down.  
  Even when BTC does move rapidly, the runway to that move was not as small as it might appear to some.  Many months before a rise there is usually a pattern of rising lows, muted positive action that might even appear negative or remaining negative to some.   We do have a slight positive but the spoiler to the party is that on balance we've still fallen and only just now are correcting some of that.

  Think of the trading days left more then just plain time left, the greatest volume involves all participants and so allowing for various holidays its really not much time for talk of new ATH.

The year has already parted into two and talking about new ATH is like trying to force bitcoin to really break out to the price we didn’t expect of happening. We know that silly things happens on the bitcoin price but that is not really possible and likely to happened because we know that there are things that is holding back bitcoin price, although this could be a stepping stone to the price increase but we shouldn’t be that overwhelmed with the price as anything is possible, and for the poll I have already go with No because we could need an usual thing to happen so that we could see the price gets to our targets.
