Well, from my own point of view he didn't cancel the trade intentionally. It was probably a network issue, bank delay or probably the order timed out after he had already sent the money or he even forgot because he's human too. No one in this economy would willingly send money and then cancel the trade without receiving his coin.

I'm glad you were good enough to reach out to him the next day and was able to get things sorted out. Thank you for following up and resolving the issue as that's what a good society requires, more honest people.

I don't think it should cause confusion cause customers are given access to chat with merchants and some merchants do leave their contacts to chat privately with them on WhatsApp media platform so in such case you can politely tell them to be patient cause of network or be understanding when they tell you that they're having network issues.

Life is about understanding, although some merchants/customers can be so rude  in handling minor issues, if people can learn to be polite and handle properly I don't think there would be issues in the P2P market. Well I understand that many customers tend to become too suspicious cause of the scams in P2P market.

Will you resend the token back to the vendor after paying and canceling the trade?
That was very nice of you Rachel9385. No be everybody go send the coin after receiving payment o, you be better person honestly. So many people they pray for this kind opportunity where them go send them money then them cancel trade, some people ASAP them don move the coin go another wallet, but you showed you had integrity and sent the money back, well done.
