Never buy Bitcoin thinking that its price will increase, but rather know that Bitcoin is much more than that.
Unfortunately, this is how most people approach Bitcoin. Most people enter the market primarily for profit, while value like decentralization and censorship resistance are secondary. That is why to this day, Bitcoin is still classified as a high risk speculative asset rather than a safe haven asset like gold.
If most investor truly valued those core principles and based their investment decision on them instead of prioritizing profit, they would not panic over every price swing. Bitcoin would probably be far less volatile than it is today.
Honestly, I don't think that will change. Profit will always be the primary goal for most people.
