Most of the youths in Africa see Burkina Faso as a case study of how a nation can thrive without Western influence. From what we have been seeing from the media, Ibrahim Traoré commands massive support from the people. The young leader has survived about 15 to 19 assassination attempts. But we don't know how many more he can survive because these neocolonialists are doing everything they can to recapture that rich African state. I don't know if the country has established a strong succession plan or system like Iran. I am afraid that if this is not the case, the death of this young charismatic leader will lead to the recapture of Burkina Faso by these imperialists.
The transformation Burkina Faso has seen in the last two years under a military leader with the interest of the people can be obviously seen, but can we say the same about the ruins Burkina Faso found themselves in under their colonial caretakers and so called democracy and democratic leaders serving the interests of the west?! Obviously they can not be compared.
Let us not be pessimistic already, for now they're working closely with the Russian intelligence, the same is to be said about Mali and Niger as they have helped carried out joint military drills against Jihad terrorist in the Sahel regions. I'm already seeing the alliance of the AES move to countries like Benin Republic and Togo. It is either they work as one against westerners otherwise gets blocked from accessing other African regions through their bothers.
Not just them Mozambique and Namibia are also African nations with no western relations at the moment. If more African nations can do this, then we're gradually moving in the right direction of uniting.
