Some players who have enough of them will say that the match for their country is a form of nationalism struggle and it is a pride because it can contribute to the country by fighting fully on the football field but for some players it is certainly not strange to pursue bonuses, in this case the federation must provide sufficient incentives before they are invited to the team, whoever it is must know clearly from the beginning and if the federation has a promise it must certainly be kept to the players in accordance with the initial agreement, except that there is no such thing as black on white.
Their national federation of Football should just be straight forward and have a contract with their players, in which bonuses and the condition of those bonuses are set. If the rules of the Federation are clear and they are kept until the very end, then there should not be any problem with players being unhappy with the money they are getting because of their performance.
After all, it would not make sense to give bonuses to players or teams which have under-performed. They are supposed to have a base salary as players, and then have some tier system of bonuses, the higher their ranking on their region, more money they would receive as a reward.
