You said your casino is a no KYC casino bit I saw a clause not contrary to what you have said on your ToS. How do you explain this part of the clause which is against your no KYC?

This is how all these casinos that say they're no KYC casinos operate. They will say that they're NoKYC but if you win big, you will be asked for KYC before they will give you access to withdraw your win. What's the reason of saying it's a NoKYC casino when KYC will be requested later. Though, they came out plain to inform you first. I just tried the live support feature on this casino and it worked fine when I clicked it from the main page. So the problem is probably not that the feature is broken, but it could be on the casino server side or the user's own internet connection. This casino's third party support feature is Zendesk, so an ad blocker or privacy extension might be blocking that widget. So it might help to try a different browser or turn off the ad blocker if one is active.

These days every new casino is KYC free and that is also expected of this casino. Its hard for any new casino to become KYC compliant becasue if the casino demands KYC, no one is gona risk their identity when the casino is new as there is always a trust issue. Also as far as the deposit bonus is concerned, it is better that they lower the minimum amount to get more people at the start. 1 confirmation makes sense as many centralized exchanges and online casinos use this condition. Some casinos use 0 confirmation but as a condition to allow users betting with not yet confirmed deposits. It's only for bets while for withdrawals, they require confirmations like 1, 2 or 3 confirmations before they allow users to withdraw money.

If your casino feels like it's risky, and not safe, not comfortable to do that, it's just fine, nothing serious here. Waiting for 1 confirmation at least to be allowed for betting is not like a too bad requirement on users so they will not complain about that.

it's just marketing, same with claims like instant withdrawals, but it can actually take from seconds to hours.

I will prefer to play at a casino that picks a deposit term they can sustain for a period of time. It should not be set up only for the purpose of sucking players in only to be changed later, for players to trust you they need to be able to rely on the fact that you will maintain the standards you set.

You can adjust your bonuses with time, but they should not be crated with the intention to just change them after a while.

We had zero-deposit casinos in the past but they are not in practice anymore for the exact reason of double-spending the funds if the user lost the wagered money on games like dice/plinko.

The approach we've taken is, if you deposit with Crypto, your gameplay is normal, you win and withdraw funds then no KYC is required.

It is highly subjective and I don't see it any different approach than the usual casino routine, so KYC could be asked if the player won big and tries to withdraw funds immediately. So it isa better to keep a mandatory basic KYC verification than claiming as no KYC platform.

Although I have already seen your response to the whole KYC, it's not really bad if you don't change it and start requesting that those using crypto submit theirs too.
