I think why said in the topic and the rule number 4.1 in the ToS have some tally. This is what is said in the topic " No KYC on routine deposits and withdrawals". And if I will analyse that statement or Claus there, I will picked only the word "routine", though it might means different thing to different people as the usages. But here is means if you are doing the right thing and there is no detection of violating the rules, there there will be no KYC both in deposit and withdrawal but if there is strange movement or actions or activities in the account, they will ask KYC to verify the ownership. That is what I understand the two content and context. In the image you displayed there is a phrase says, " in any time". Which might go with the word routine. That is for that. 1. Are Bitcoin transactions instant? In other words, do you support 0-confirmation Bitcoin deposits?
2. Please define "standard crypto play." What's standard and doesn't require KYC compared to non-standard?

I don't see a license seal that can be verified on your website. There is information about the owner company at the beginning of the T&Cs but no seal of authenticity.

The team should respond concerning the withdrawal time, they only talked 1-6 hours for fiat withdrawal, I also want to know how far for crypto related withdrawal, what time it takes for approval.

This is the standard with most casinos here, you will struggle to compete if you have stricter terms. I actually don't think you need to add any details on no KYC except you 100% are.

I have played on some that do. You can play before any confirmation but cannot withdraw and profits from your session until then and they'll have some unwritten laws surely about what amount they allow that for to prevent abuse.

These days every new casino is KYC free and that is also expected of this casino. Its hard for any new casino to become KYC compliant becasue if the casino demands KYC, no one is gona risk their identity when the casino is new as there is always a trust issue. As the casino grows, then they will usually become KYC complaint.

Also as far as the deposit bonus is concerned, it is better that they lower the minimum amount to get more people at the start. After a month or two, they may increase the amount plus the wagering requirements, but initially the casino should be offer maximums benefits to the players to decided to play there.

So, it's another no kyc only upon registration casino that claims to be a "no kyc" casino. It would be nice if the OP could clarify why they claim to be a no kyc while having a KYC rule in their ToS.

This is how all these casinos that say they're no KYC casinos operate. They will say that they're NoKYC but if you win big, you will be asked for KYC before they will give you access to withdraw your win. What's the reason of saying it's a NoKYC casino when KYC will be requested later. Though, they came out plain to inform you first. So, it's left for you to decide if you will use the casino for your gambling activities or not.

However,  most casinos that claim to be no KYC end of using KYC to deny players their winning when it becomes regular. that's not a license, it's their costa rica company registration number and there is no easy way to verify it.

most small casinos have withdrawal limits per day/week/month, they operate with a small bankroll after all, so that's nothing out of the ordinary.
