Today's game has proven that the prediction was nothing more than a mere guess, and it didn't come to pass.

I know that a lot of people are going to come across it, see that it is an old post, and believe it and stake their reputation on it. Also, there were a lot of people who also predicted Argentina to win. Now, the game has ended, and we have our winner.

Another big lesson learnt in the hard way for me. I think bettors should be wiser now not to believe anything from anyone and whatever anybody should predict and is lucky to get it accurately it's just a lucky one from his guess work because football is indeed unpredictable.

I had my bet on Argentina after their performance against England and the correct score that was flying all over the media made me lose too but everything is over now the winner of the tournament is Spain but I am sad after watching Argentina not having a shot on target in the world cup final.

It would be more fun to bet against the team favored by most bettors.

Some say the outcome could be anything, but I think this match could end in a draw in normal time or even go to penalties.

For me, anything in a match that's important and involves a large amount of betting usually has the potential for an upset.

It’s definitely one way to loose though. The finals did end in a draw but didn’t go to the penalties.
However, taking such bets especially when the odds number in 10s are always a huge risk because, you might not get to win in a long time but, one win with a good stake could compensate for a lot.
The favorites always have something to show in a game and that’s why they are the favorites and rather than go against them, you’ve got other options to gamble on.

Personally I never believed any of this informations, actually I saw the predictions and the accounts that predicted the outcome of the World Cup, but unfortunately the predictions were never true it just shows that everything that it was never true, now that Spain have beaten Argentina by a single goal, I always think majority of this people you see coming out with such predictions are mostly AI or something that have been edited, because I never thought any of this things are true, how do you even know that Spain and Argentina are going to get to the Finals, after 5 years ago, this stories don’t always add up to me to digest them.

Like most here, I would also not vote on it as well, and TBH if you want to make bets off of these kind of predictions, you need it to be at 100% accurate or else you will lose your money.

Spain and Argentina ended up the 2 teams on the Finals, but the score ended up being 1-0 in favor of Spain, and TBH, it's almost became 0-0 if only that goal in the extra time didn't went in. It's my first time to watch a soccer game, and I don't know but even though I don't know the terminologies, and I only know the basics of the game, somehow I find it very enjoying to watch although it consumes too much of my time (~2 hours per game).

Anyway, the World Cup is over, and Spain won the title.

One thing that normally mislead most gambler's is  that they easily take praise when eventually had a successful prediction in their game's. So far as I know much how this things work in gamble, is that gamble is mostly based on luck and not by I too know, someone can just randomly predict a match and it happens the exact way it was predicted and that is normal. It doesn't necessary mean you are good or that is how you will keep on getting positive result when you try, it's just depends on how lucky you are.

Exactly, they forget luck its part of their successful predictions, and they will think they have come to finally understand how the game works, as they will be carried away by it and forget that the game is just there to toy people emotions and at end the game will start frustrating them and keep them in a state that they will have to chase after their loss which might affect their bankroll and even their relationships.

A friend of mine was been stocked in a situation like these. What transpired is that he was opportuned to won some cool bet with the money he wanted to use in sorting out some few  expenses at home but what's funny is that, the little winning experience got into his head and that busted his confidence. And you know the craziest thing he did is to use the money that was meant for his children school fees to gamble hoping he can still be lucky as before, but you know what? it didn't end him well because he lost everything along the line. So in essence, winnings shouldn't be an opportunity for us to gamble aggressively because we won't be as lucky if we keep on trying it over and over again.

Even if the final hasn't taken place ^{[which it did]}, I still wouldn't have made a bet based on what a particular X user ^{[who doesn't seem to post a lot of soccer-related stuff]} predicted a few years back ^{[he/she got the finalists right, but that was clearly with pure luck]}.

Guy, this prediction didn't happen, except you watched a different match, and if people actually staked a huge amount on such random prediction, it means they really lost a huge amount there, this is a match that they knew that Spain was not going to back down, so I didn't expect people to have such sentiment that Argentina was just easily going to win Spain, I didn't expect it to be that easy that's why I was even doubtful of my prediction.

I knew it or maybe, I didn't believe it at all. The score was a real hype. Argentina looked good against England, but from what we saw against Spain in the finals, they were complete shambles. Nothing to write about. And thats the wonder with football. You can't predict matches and just expect exact scores. Sometimes it goes as you planned or wish or nearly, while sometimes, it goes completely against your wish and totally far from what you envisaged. It's football after all. Spain played best, and they deserved to celebrate. I don't feel too bad for Messi and his team. They have done well, and after all, they are the defending champions.
