Monthly merit source transparency reports

Wow! It seem majority here misunderstood my post.

I wasn't criticising merit sources or anyone hoarding sMerit. No, that wasn't my intention. Maybe I didn't explain the purpose very well but I was just trying to figure out how new and regular members can better understand what quality means to each merit source with this proposal.

Time to lock the thread since the idea is not welcome by many.
