Since the prize is credited to my casino account and it usually need to fulfill with a 1x wagering requirement, I play with the prize until I complete the wagering requirement then I withdraw the winnings but if I win tho. If I make any extra profit, I usually leave it in my account to play again later, unfortunately it's very rare for me to win raffle prizes, so I don't have much experience with that.

If the prize is directly sent to the casino account and has a wagering requirement, then I gamble it until I finish the wagering requirement and then withdraw, but if the prize is "no strings attached", then I just withdraw it. In my point of view, there is no point in risking money that you can get for free.

Most raffle or competition winnings often comes with wagering requirements, 1x or 2x wagering requirement, this means it is unavoidable not to spend some amount gambling until wagering is completed. Times when the winnings are paid with no requirement, I choose to  withdraw partly and then gamble with what i have remaining, I voted "Do you spend part of your money on bets and withdraw part of it from the casino?" and it already has 66% of the votes.

Managing my raffle draw prizes will depend on how much I got, if the amount is big, I will withdraw after the initial wagging, if not I will use it to chase my wins to see if I will be able to win more which I would have loved.

That is partly play and partly withdrawal is the best for me.

I consider myself to have such a bad luck when comes to lotteries and raffles that when the times come for me to win anything from them, I would just withdraw it and do something nice with that money instead of gambling it all away again back to the casino.
I have myself participated in raffles both on Freebitcoin (before it turned into a scam) and also on Stake (their weekly free raffle,which just needed gamblers to accumulate wager in order to get tickets), and I have not gotten anything.

How knows, perhaps someday I will get something. And when the time comes, I will withdraw it to feel I managed to get something meaningfull out of my luck.

Sweepstakes, competitions, contests or others that are intended to have a pleasant end result, namely victory, are certainly the desire of many people who participate. I do it randomly anyway, sometimes I use part of it for my own purposes sometimes I use it completely for my own purposes but I don't use it by spending it gambling at the casino, I always try to balance it, but despite the situation I can use it all gambling at the casino but I don't do it, and I think this is one of the things that is not bad.

I discovered a small "trap" and added a couple more points to the survey.

In bitz.io, before you can withdraw money (received from a raffle) from the casino, need to complete wagering requirements (place a certain number of bets, receive winnings). This means can't withdraw your deposit immediately. The casino forces gamblers to bet their winnings, and it seems they're hoping that the gambler will lose this money + their own money on top of it in the excitement. I imagine a similar "protection system" could be used in other casinos as well.

Also, you often see a withdrawal limit (the amount below which the system won't allow withdrawals). Therefore, gamblers have no choice but to place bets in an attempt to reach the withdrawal limit.

- Do you avoid placing bets altogether, waiting for new raffle winnings so you can withdraw immediately when you reach the withdrawal limit?

I don't participate in some raffles, but when I win, I think what I probably do is push my luck even more by using it to bet at the casino. I can double or triple it, who knows, it's indeed a free money anyway, lol.

I do not know the reason most people are saying the money is free, but the money is not free is just what that is the truth. If the money is free, why are people that are given the free money not able to withdraw the money without any requirements. As long as their are requirements and if gambling with the money is there before you will be able to withdraw it, it is not free money to me.

I get your point. I guess the only reason why most people call it "free money" is because they can actually cash it out after meeting the requirements, but I know it still ain't money until you do. So, this became just a phrase for something like free roll, free credits, etc. People have been calling it like that since before the online casinos existed. But then again, your definition of free money is also correct, we just have different preferences on how we identify what free money is.

If I can be able to withdraw the money without any requirements but which is not possible, I will just withdraw the money immediately I access my account on the gambling site.

But if I am required to first wager which is usual, all my target is to get to the minimum target to pass the requirements. If I won I will immediately transfer the money to an exchange and convert it to fiat. I do not keep such money, I spend it instead.

Gamblers are wiser now and if there is a raffle win they will prefer to withdraw it immediately to enjoy themselves because experience will tell them that they will probably lose everything if they used it to wager, the casinos are also wise so a gambler has to wager first to meet their requirements because they know what the probable outcome would be which is usually a lose for the gambler. If you meet the minimum requirement you should just withdraw and enjoy the money on yourself because it is a reward which is different from the bankroll that you use to gamble. Personally I don't gamble with my wins I like to take it because from experience if I continue to gamble with my wins I end up losing it so I only gamble with my bankroll, being overconfident in gambling is not necessary because you're not in control of the casinos.

I cant remember when the last time I have played and won raffle prizes (I think I got only freebets from sportsbet), but if the prize is credit to casino account, then I will 100% use those funds to play. In any case it wont be an immediate withdrawal or withdrawal after 1x wager from least risky way and bet. I will use those funds immediately, most likely will try to play riskier than usually. The principle of "easy come, easy to spend" will be used

Raffle money is just like every other income especially the one paid directly to my wallet, I simply align same to my needs. I understand that some are paid into the platform organizing it and often require wagering requirements, in that case I just try to convert it to real money and whatever happens should be fine by me since the money was free. The bonus bets I always won required wagering, so I was never able to withdraw them right away. So, I need to wager them first. After that, I can withdraw half to treat myself to a little something extra. And I can keep the rest for future play, but if I already have my own money deposited at this casino, I can withdraw the entire bonus and then play it with my own money.

I do not like raffle although it is completely free to participate, just not my thing but if I win something from such raffle then what I will do is nothing except to use it to play game if there is/are games that I like to play in that casino.
Since it if free then nothing to worry, use it to play means that there is a chance to double or triple or even more.
Of course it is also depending on the amount of the raffle prize, if it is just a matter of few tens of dollar I will have no doubt to spend it in the casino.
If the amount is big enough like $100 or above, I may consider to withdraw it partly and use the rest to gamble.

You confuse me my friend , you said that it is not your taste but if you win the free contest you still play it, if the free draw is not your taste at least you distance yourself from the contest, instead of playing it to double the winnings or you can give your winnings to people who need it more, plus you see the large amount of prizes obtained from the contest but if the nominal is large like $ 100 you will consider withdrawing it and half of it you want to spend to play it.

I think that prizes that could be withdrawn without a wagering prerequisite were much more common a couple of years ago, but for some time now they have become the exception. In many cases, not only do you have to bet the amount before you can withdraw it, but they are increasingly limiting which games and under what conditions you must do so, which I think makes such raffles much less attractive. I understand that the intention of offering the prize is to publicize their platform and give them an opportunity to try it for free, but perhaps it has gotten a little out of hand in some cases.

As per the ones that can be withdrawn without wagering requirements, depending on the amount and if I know or I like the platform or not, I would withdraw it all directly, give it a try with part of the funds if the prize was big, or spend it all if the amount was too small.

My point too exactly, anytime I get those free vouchers I try bigger potential pay out and risk it all since it the bookies money, I was very lucky to get a win on a particular 1500 odd with the free bet and it was my best experience using the free bet.

Since then I do not fancy smaller pay out when using the free bet, cashback or those raffle I get I believe it’s worth risking and most time the picks you never believed in are the once that easily pays without stress.

I spend part of the money on bets and withdraw part of it from the casino. Of course, it depends on the amount. If it's more than $300, I'd withdraw 90% of it. If it's around $100, I'd withdraw half of it and play with the rest. But if it's less than $30, I'd just spend all of it on bets. I must say, I've never won more than $300 in a raffle, but I know what I'd do because I've done it when I won big amounts on slots or in poker.
