Here is a blind structure that I'd suggest.
The idea is that you can experiment on your own simply by inputting numbers into the boxes, and the curve and prize table will update live each time.

As for the ante, it's almost ideal. Just one small note. I’d keep the ante fixed at 1/10 of the SB until short-handed play begins, meaning all the way up to the final two tables.
