JasBoost — custom firmware for JasMiner X16-Q / X16-QE / X16-Q Pro

This thread is an announcement / technical overview of JasBoost, third-party custom firmware for JasMiner X16-Q, X16-QE, and X16-Q Pro.

It is not official JASMINER / SUNLUNE firmware. jasboost.com is not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with JASMINER or SUNLUNE.

What problem it solves

On stock firmware, ETHW typically runs at a heavily reduced hashrate. JasBoost restores full ETHW hashrate on the same hardware and adds a few operational features that matter in daily mining.

Hashrate and revenue depend on your unit, chips, cooling, pool, and market conditions. No specific MH/s or ROI is promised.
At current market rates, full-hashrate ETHW can be much more profitable than ETC — check a live profitability calculator before you decide; numbers change.

Features

  • Full hashrate on ETHW
  • Install and roll back through the miner’s normal Web UI update
  • Scheduler — set mining work intervals
  • Automatic mining restart on overheating
  • Other smaller options and improvements

Versions

  • Public (devfee) — free download, 12% developer fee
  • Licensed (sn_bind) — paid, 0% developer fee, bound to the miner serial number
Licensed / 0% contact: @jasboost_dev

How to flash

Default Web UI login is usually root / root.

  • Download the latest release from the site
  • Open the miner Web UI
  • Go to System → Upgrade
  • Upload the firmware file
  • Roll back to stock the same way if needed

Caution: This is third-party firmware. Prefer verifying the published SHA256 of the file before upgrade. Download only from the official site links below — do not trust random reuploads.
