Shuffle.com Refuse to Pay 400$

After I sent email with this post again to Shuffle, ask me proof of founds, for what?   for 400$.... It's clear Shuffle want to stole money and blocked.... I sent an bank stat with over 4000 EUR deposits and withdraws .. I'm curious what else they're saying and what they want... maybe next month when respond and they do whatever they want.

My advice: stay away from Shuffle—the support is the worst, and the fact that they hold onto your money...

I am replying here to avoid double post as you sent me roughly similar content on PM. My advise is still to wait, especially as --if I understand correctly-- you've sent SoW level evidence to their team, so there isn't much we can do but wait.

If you haven't send your bank statements, though, kindly inform me and I'll inquire my contact why such high level KYC is required for small amount.

I will share when I will home, is some bets on sports betting, around 200$-300$ to win same amount, around odds 2.00-2.50. But I don't understand the issue regarding the source of funds; the amount deposited is around $400, too small for such a check.

Yes, as per explained by my contact on Shuffle, that I conveyed, the account is currently undergoing sportsbetting integrity check by their provider. So Shuffle themselves are also waiting and can only wait until their provider concluded their investigation.

I've nudged them again, to see if any major development occured.

Got an update for this matter after nudging my contact, the case has been resolved and I guess that means OP passed their integrity check and they've got their withdrawal processed and landed on their wallet. I shall mark this as resolved on my notebook and list, as OP seems didn't want to bother us with update.
