Judging individuals based on the actions of their communities is simply wrong because every single individual should be judged based on their own actions and definitely not by the local board or where they come from, because there are honestly more honest people there than you can think of.
You can judge people individually while also acknowledging that some communities have a high level of corruption and abuse. People also make general statements about campaigns which have a lot of spammers, but that doesn’t imply that every person in those campaigns is a shitposter.
