The hiring process in blockchain feels totally different now compared to a couple years ago. Most protocols want direct domain experience or proof of work instead of standard corporate resumes.

CryptoJobsHub seem way better for finding verified roles for smart contract devs auditors and marketers because they focus purely on crypto native startups. They also have a dedicated page for
top crypto jobs where you can see featured openings from bigger protocols.
Mainstream tech job boards just don't feel built for this industry anymore.
