BitQube, QUBX, QPay/QutiPay and ITHAYA Fintech LLC are related, but they have different roles.

1. BitQube — BTQ

BitQube is a live Layer-1 PoW blockchain using GPU-minable Proof-of-Work consensus.

BTQ is the native mineable asset of the BitQube blockchain.

2. QUBX — Layer-1 PoA blockchain

QUBX is a separate Layer-1 blockchain using Proof-of-Authority (PoA) consensus.

QUBX is not simply a token running on another chain. It has its own blockchain/network infrastructure and is designed as an ecosystem utility and interoperability layer.

So, technically:

BTQ → BitQube Layer-1 PoW blockchain

QUBX → QUBX Layer-1 PoA blockchain

They are two different blockchain networks serving different purposes within the broader ecosystem.

3. QPay / QutiPay

QPay/QutiPay is the payment and merchant-oriented ecosystem/application layer.

It is intended to provide payment-related and merchant utility rather than being another name for the BitQube blockchain.

4. ITHAYA Fintech LLC

ITHAYA Fintech LLC is the Wyoming-based entity associated with the broader BitQube ecosystem and its ecosystem/IP ownership structure.

The relationship can therefore be understood as:

ITHAYA Fintech LLC
→ ecosystem/IP ownership structure

BitQube
→ Layer-1 PoW blockchain / BTQ

QUBX
→ Layer-1 PoA blockchain / QUBX

QPay/QutiPay
→ payment and merchant ecosystem/application layer

These should not be treated as four competing or duplicate projects. They are separate components with different functions within the broader ecosystem.

We welcome independent due diligence and legitimate criticism. Anyone who identifies a specific issue with the blockchain code, consensus mechanism, supply, explorer data or other technical aspect is welcome to raise it publicly.

Our goal is not to ask people to blindly trust us. Verify the technology, examine the public infrastructure, ask questions, and make your own decision.
