I received the withdrawal. Good part was there was no wagering requirements for the bonus. It was basically free money roaming around on the forum. Their representative is much active on forum which is a good sign.
But it's sad to see we're seeing some user's abusing the reward's again even though their requirements is so easy .

I joined the event and everything was fine. My deposit was credited quickly and I received my bonus money quickly but unfortunately I could not withdraw any of the money I deposited and the money I received as a bonus. I lost both my deposit and bonus while trying to gain a new experience by gambling on a new platform. It was unfortunate for me but since I played live casino there is no room to blame the platform here. Many people here have made positive comments about their deposits and withdrawals. A minor issue is the deposit was automatically converted to $ when deposit which means if you set your currency on your deposit currency then you will not see your balance. I don’t see the point of having the option to change base game currency if balance was automatically converted to $.



This progress bar for VIP experience needs an improvement. You should include percentage or a specific points count instead of just level bar to easily determine the progress.

So now, I have another suggestion for you guys! Why not add a search feature for the T&C, legal information, privacy policy and all the other pages? Although many doesn't read all the policies, most of us do check specific rules, like VPN use or prohibited country, withdrawal limits etc. A dedicated search option would make things easier.

I think these two rules are enough for them, and additionally IP address, MAC(don't know if they take this), as well as the other processes that their Risk Management team knows well?
