I like the website, it is quite simple, it's easy to browse and there's not so much into it. This brings me back to the early crypto casinos that I saw before. It's not intimidating and would not make you feel overwhelm if you visited it the first time.

One thing I don't like is the username color on the global chat. It's hard to identify the admin to other users. I find it hard to see the admin replies.

Btw welcome to the forum, surely people will check the casino and ask many questions. You may need to grab a copper membership to enhance your limits like the messaging limits.

It feels very anonymous to not be required to provide an email address when registering even if it comes atvthe risk of not being able to recover my account if the password is lost.

No KYC to play with the faucet.
Your title says no KYC to play, but this limits it to just play from faucets, what are the exact terms around KYC/AML?

- Jay -
Yes I have the same question. There aren't any information about this on their terms. I can't find anything related to KYC or it's limits.

I registered account and playing but very upset 😭 betting stopping , saying too many bets lol 😆

This is our rate limit system kicking in. I will adjust it so it doesn't happen so often.

Thanks for mentioning this problem!

Good to see new casinos on boarding on this great platform daily. OP while accessing your Terms of Service, your paragraph one states ;

Quote
1. Who may play
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for online gambling where you live, whichever is higher. You must not use the site if online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, or if you are accessing it from a country where we do not offer service. It is your responsibility to know your own local law — we cannot check it for you.

One account per person. Creating additional accounts to claim the faucet, rain, or any promotion more than once is abuse, and those accounts and balances may be removed.

Now my question is this, which are the countries do you not offer services because there is the possibility that all countries might be able to access your platform online but some countries are not permitted to play your games which is clearly captured in your Terms which if they deposit on your platform, their funds might be siezed and account suspended or banned. So in other not to go through such hassles why not clearly capture on your teems there prohibited countries so that you don't get things.mixed up and  ruin your reputation.

Hey, great question! Right now we operate in all countries and let the user decide if they are allowed to play where they live. In the near future we will be adding GEO-IP blocking/enforcement but we aren't there just yet.

Instead of setting a gray area and leaving the decision-making to your users, I think you should place a clear list of countries now, either a list of countries allowed to use your platform or not.
There might be a few malicious users that would happily take advantage of this unclear policy, then later on threaten to ruin your platform's reputation or ask for refunds if they lose their bets.
If I remember correctly, a similar instance already happened here in this forum wherein some user played at a casino where it is prohibited to gamble if you are from a country where gambling is deemed illegal. He then argued that his playing session was done in another country, which then also turned out to have similar policies (gambling is illegal there, too). So, you see, leaving the decision to your users isn't a good idea. To protect your business, better to have a clear policy and a clear list.

You can check their ToS in the website and I believed they don't requested KYC in the withdrawal. But they started a third party which means they are not involved in the withdrawal directly but from a third party Blockchain. If the third party is using centralized system then I don't advice to use it but if it's decentralized system, itis okay. But it would have been better they do everything from their end. This is the withdrawal policy in the casino.
