studying the funds spent vs expected earnings.. this round of rental, i paid 0.38BTC for what i've been running this last day, and have managed to add on 0.4 to my estimated earnings. so as of now, i'm 0.02btc up from what my rentals cost me.

EDIT: 0.41 added to expected, so 0.03 up (and still 2 hours left on a 5TH/s rental)

I really like this pool, it is nice that you can mine at it with a tube+be controller.  I think this was the first pool we found that tubes could mine on without a proxy.  By now of course, several pools have updated so that they work with the tubes.

I also like DGM, which is a pretty fair payment method, and getting paid in NMC directly.

Hmm at this level CDF its probably best not to push more into it since we will need to uphold the hashrate to make it worthwhile. I've just about hit my tick-over in earnings and to add more hashpower now (speaking for me, this won't apply to everyone), i'd have to be pretty confident that i was going to crack this block.

Sitting at ~8TH and just trying to sustain the credit earned is where i'm at, however, i think the electric phase is getting upgraded in my mining unit today so you may well overtake me in shares before the day is out due to downtime.

The good thing is, once that unit is upgraded, i have more room for more miners

still waiting on the sparky (however i'll only notice he's in working when the rig goes offline)
what we need to do is to persuade more small miners to join mmpool. Long rounds like the 1480hrs one are all very well for ramping up the DGM earnings but it can put people off.. not everyone has the fortune of low to no overheads on their miners. I'd like to see mmpool a bit more active in bringing in more miners. At the end of the round, it's beneficial for him to do so as more miners will inevitably mean shorter rounds, and shorter rounds inevitably means more earnings for the pool.

I'm very happy mining here, I think that there are too many '0% fee' pools which actually skim the earnings of it's miners.
I don't believe there is actually anything (apart from p2pool) which is truthfully 0%. I'd rather know how much i'm paying the pool in honesty than just believe a pool op that says 'come mine with us for free'.

what about a period of time with minimal fees, to entice miners to at least, try out DGM? mmpool? some discussion on this matter would be good.
