Yeah it uses ckpool and appeared in my pool popup ... it wont any more ...

Yes, the pool switched to ckpool a while back, away from SockThing, to get the automatic variable difficulty switching. I'm using ckpool running against the custom software to handle the merge mining. This is the first block it hit. Parts of the pool still use SockThing - the tor backend for example.

I'm wondering, why is anyone still mining at mmpool? Serious question. Miners are discussing when pools are not mining many blocks daily but here??? It's a great pool but far too small hashrate to solve a block regularly.
