Or much better, buy a new device,  then create a new email, get a new simcard dedicated only for crypto activities, and create new accounts. Also, don't just make one email. Make a few emails with different strong passwords for different purposes. Avoid connecting the new email to his previous email in his old phone or using his previous mobile number for his new accounts, whether on email or on different crypto related websites. He shouldn't download any unnecessary files or visit clearly unsafe websites that are riddled with ads. Keep it clean. Stay away from downloading apps outside the official website or app store. A budget to midrange phone isn't much compared to the security and peace of mind he will get. Even an Android phone will do. There's no need for flagship device.

I almost forgot, avoid connecting to any public wifi and clicking suspicious emails or links on social media. If possible, avoid using social media on his new phone so he won't misclick links. Block right away anyone on social media that you don't know who sends you a link. Anyway, it is easy to spot if the account is fake or not.

Remove that too much curiosity of yours so you don't just click here, click there, dl this, and dl that. If you do that again, your new device will be useless if you don't change that habit. You'll end up in the same situation again.

If you are experiencing multiple attempts of hacking using infostealer then I suggest to use your mobile device to buy/invest bitcoin. Much better if you will be using a new mobile device, new email account which is not connected to the one you used through your computer so it will never detected and get hacked. For this kind of investment planning, much better to secure your devices and do not click any suspicious links because there's a lot of hacking incidents happening lately especially nowadays. Better to be safe than sorry.

You getting infostealer or any kind of malware is due to what kind of activity you do in your computer.

If you often download files or malicious apps, you should stop doing that. You know your internet activity better than us and that's why you think or you actually have got that infostealer.

Change your passwords, the important ones like in emails because they're likely in the hands of the hackers already.

Reformat your PC but if you have no confidence in that and you can afford to buy a new laptop and HW, it's your shot.

Also, look into formatting the computer device and installing SpyShelter. SpyShelter makes keylogging impossible. Spyshelter lets you control everything that runs on your computer.

I don't think iOS would save you if your router is already infected unless you use your SIM data.
I think it's way better if you use a device with a fresh OS installed and installed extra security like Kaspersky; even trial would work. Before accessing the exchange to buy Bitcoin and setup  cold storage for electrum wallet which is much secure than using it as hot wallet.

If their router is already got compromises, Those OS alone for sure cannot protect hose people.

Although we know that IOS is so hard to infect, But if it happens that the network is already been poisoned. Those device which already connected with that router also been exposed. Not unless if they switch immediately to mobile data.

Yeah those antivirus or Kaspersky is truly helpful, also fresh OS can help those people. But  if we talk about security. Real protection does not only come from those software they use, but also it came from responsible handling and to avoid those matters that can infect their devices.

Reading your previous posts, you seem to have a pretty bad experience with your device's security. My advice is that you should take your device security seriously, as you can't afford to always be a victim of hacking.
There are tons of Bitcoin security tips here, and I really recommend looking into them. Otherwise, you'll just end up in the same situation over and over again.

Yes, the OP'S device is suffering from Malware infestation problems from scam related links or downing from unknown sources so needs to deep clean or flash the device so it would be free from hacking, I'll suggest that he goes for flashinh but remove important informations to a drive then flash it to completely erase the malware.
 We should take our security seriously, imagine if the OP didn't figure out he was constantly being hacked by infostealer, he could've exposed more important information.
