The first point is important, a lot of beginner traders get scared of losing because they invest way more than they can afford to lose that is the reason why they end up in panic whenever they are trading. As an intermediate trader it is very important to make sure that you build confidence first before you think about taking huge risks. I'm not in support of taking huge risks though but if you consider to do this it is important that you gain a lot of experience first. Fear is a normal human emotion but it takes discipline to avoid letting it control you.
I think we can't do anything if we're scared because the market knows how to torment us and make us feel less of ourselves. There's fear and we can't permanently eradicated this factor but what we can do is simple, ensuring we sealed every move in the market and making sure we don't fall into the wrong hands. However the goal is simple, to ensure we don't trade base on emotions because those kind of trades doesn't always end well for us but you see trades base on our strategies, we're the one making the greens and decisions without having to consult any one because we know our strategy will always turn out well for us.

I don't think we can totally get rid of fear especially if we are still newbies in trading. Fear is part of being a human, anyone who is new to trading will surely develop fear most especially if he is risking money he can't afford to lose. But eventually, with constant practice and exposure trading in the market, fear will be minimized and slowly get used to how trading works in an unpredictable market.
However, its better to be fearful than be greedy when trading. With fear, you become more cautious with your actions and future trading decisions, but with greed, you become overconfident and go into leveraging even if you know you may fall in the trap and lose your money any time.
You are right, fear is a natural part of human being, and no matter how strong you are, when it comes to trading as a beginner, you will be afraid, but with learning and understanding, your fear will be reduced. Trading is not for the weak or those who are not willing to take risk, there are some people who can never do it because they are afraid. No one wants to lose their money in trading, and no matter how smart you are you can still lose some money in the process, but with time and patience, you are going to learn how to understand the market, and there will be no more fear. Fear is something that everyone will experience when they begin trading, so it is not bad thing to be scared.

It's true that fear is better than greed. Many people are afraid to enter but ultimately don't lose money. However, there are also those who are fearless and greedy who end up losing money Interestingly, there are also those who are too cautious and fearful and don't enter due to their lack of profit. So, in this case, we must know where to enter and take profits, and we must do so in coins whose movements we already know. However, when trading, we must be able to manage risk. It's normal to experience losses and profits, but only those who can manage risk and control their emotions will potentially succeed However, in my experience, it's also important for traders to avoid entering too frequently. Frequent entries can sometimes lead to losses. It's better to enter at the right time and avoid forcing an entry when we're unsure However, greed can sometimes lead to losses. I personally experienced this, and my money was wiped out when trading futures However, greedy trading on the spot also has the potential to incur losses

Continuous losses in trading can reduce the trader's confidence and therefore fear might kick in and the trader might start to have doubt even in strategy that worked on the demo account which is not working again and so how can they overcome that fear and regain back confidence? As for someone who is still starting, they could apply all of these steps mentioned here and it might be working for the first time as per newbies luck but the moment losses starts to kick it, fear clouds and the trader lose confidence and this is the problem of some new traders.
It’s better to fear than to be greedy. Greed will not take anyone anywhere but to end up losing their money. When your greed is too much, you will go into a trade with the money you are going to use for other things. Nobody can take the fears away from trading. If someone tells you that they no longer fear, they are telling lies, it's just that they have overcome it because that’s not the first time they lose in trading. Some newbies do take time to get use to it because what is the point of taking risks when their losses continue. You said every body likes trading but that's not true, if they really do, they would still go into trading regardless of the risk, perhaps people that are into trading still saw the risk and yet are determined to go into the process, therefore I would say a lot of people hate trading that is why they are not going into it.
Sure, it’s not everyone who likes trading. I always see those who are into trading like they don’t like peace of mind. You will always be worried about the market. Before you enter the market, you need to wait for the right time to go in and understand when to exit the market. All this I view as stress, only those who are interested can do trading, regardless of the risks.

Before we proceed to prevent fear from trading, let's also consider the positive impact that mostly appear when there is fear with traders. In fact, fear turns out as a survival mechanism rather than a threat or a barrier to the success of future trades. With fear, traders are forced to adopt strict risk management, disregard FOMO, and get rid of leveraging, so being fearful really does some help especially to beginner traders.
However, positive outcomes when trading are best maximized when traders are able to overcome their fear that could turn as a hindrance to their future success. Trading is risky, it becomes more risky when fear is the ultimate motivator for traders.
I like to talk reality when it comes to trading discussion. One thing I know about trading is emotion is something you can't escape, I have did trades many times and I can tell you that even as confident I'm with some trades, I still get doubt and fear that it will go against me and the fear is because my emotions are trying to tell me that I should do something and I ignore them and after the waiting, I do realize that I'm just emotional and fears is unavoidable. There is nothing you can do to avoid emotions in trading because money is involved, even if you are given that money for free, you will still have that fear of losing it but as time goes on, you become master of it. Even if you experience the worst fear, you will be able to manage it and become better with it provided that you are not over taking too much risk. There are some risks that if you take them, you will have fears even if you are experienced.

I think this is one better truth that have been told about you that when it comes to trading emotions is not something that can be avoided but managing it is the best to manage it, because when you don't manage then to some extent you can even , and I don't think emotions is something to be feared when. When it comes to trading, controlling your appetite for profit is preferable to simply being afraid of your feelings all you need to do is manage your emotions. It is better to realize that no matter what you are doing, emotions will inevitably come into play. Therefore, it is better for us to focus more on learning than just wanting to trade because emotional control is also a part of learning once you master it, it becomes a bonus. Additionally, you don't have to trade every day because some people have problems and want to trade all the time. And we don't have to panic when ever it comes to trading it's a decision we have to make because most people give up to early because they fail to control there emotions.

If someone tells you that they no longer fear, they are telling lies, it's just that they have overcome it because that’s not the first time they lose in trading. Some newbies do take time to get use to it because what is the point of taking risks when their losses continue. Logically, I agree with you that it is better to feel fear than greed, fear is a natural emotion, given that this is a high risk activity where every decision inevitably entails risk. For a beginner, it is perfectly normal to experience above average fear. In my experience, dealing with fear is simply a matter of time and adapting to risk, ultimately, it is time itself that conditions a person's mindset and psychology. You said every body likes trading but that's not true, if they really do, they would still go into trading regardless of the risk, perhaps people that are into trading still saw the risk and yet are determined to go into the process, therefore I would say a lot of people hate trading that is why they are not going into it.

All this I view as stress, only those who are interested can do trading, regardless of the risks. I might be one of those people bro haha but honestly, trading is incredibly difficult. Like it or not, we have to keep our minds calm when the trading session arrives, because the likelihood of making a profit depends heavily on how composed you are while analyzing the market (naturally, this must be backed by knowledge and skill). I’ve even ended up with a headache from trying to force things too hard. The bottom line is that trading isn't easy, you really need to be thoroughly prepared in terms of patience, focus, composure, and mental and psychological resilience.

Beginners sometimes not fear to begin trading but they want to make a profit. They don't learn much lessons about trading but directly begin without thinking if they losing money fast. They attract to trading to profit and not realize the risks behind of trading.
If they can follow @OP step, they will realize trading is not easy and need to have good skills so they will not directly trading without having proper skills because that will makes them lose. They will not trading because of FOMO but they will analyze first before begin trading.
You’re very correct, many beginners go into trading because they are seeing the profit aspect that people are making from trading but they don’t really understand the risks that are involved. They just want to make quick money without learning how trading works. If they follow all this steps the op mentioned they will understand that trading isn’t easy. One needs proper knowledge, patience, and skills before they can start. It will help them avoid the fear of missing out and rushing into trades. Instead, they will analyze the market properly before making any decisions.

Every detailed information and guidance you will need can be gotten here if you read the thread well and also go through these comments one after another, I think you will learn a lot form the comments because they are educative and the discussion is more for beginners in trading. However, it is simple; if you want to become a successful trader, you will need to be ready to learn first. Keep every plan aside, learn from other’s mistake, learn the basic knowledge about cryptocurrency, crypto market, and understand how some exchanges operate because that’s where the trading will take place. You will have to take risk, so you will also need to learn about risk management and also learn to invest the amount you can afford to lose so that you can be ready to face the challenge.

Most beginners jump into trading because of FOMO from social media. Just because they don’t want to miss the market. But that plan is different from yours, and at that moment you can enter the market too late, end up losing, and start complaining, and think trading is not for you. First you have to take control of your decision making to be in control of the market instead of the market controlling you through FUD & FOMO. This two fear factors is the reason why people make quick decisions they get to regret later. Don't be in a rush if you want to become a trader, take your time to study the market and understand everything a beginner should be familiar with. Study the volatility of the market, it's charts and history to be well informed, fear is an emotion that causes lots of pain in the market so you have to learn to master it before it begins to destroy your dream before it take shape. Develop a trading strategy and only rely on that so you don't go off plan and enter or exit the market when you didn't plan to as that's the reason why people don't make profit from the market and all this is caused by fear. Exactly. Falling into FUD and FOMO will not help you, they will only leave you with greed that will make you only lose in trading. Being fearful might be considerable, but being greedy, that's the worst scene you have to avoid as much as possible. Trading is not all about greed nor fear, but its all about becoming ready and well-prepared because you will be risking your time, money and efforts in a market that is highly unpredictable. So if you think you still lack those requirements in order to be successful in trading, do not rush, study first and develop your potential skills and strategies that will give you an edge in trading.

One thing I will say is that sometimes the hardest part of trading is knowing when to leave the market alone. You don't have to enter a trade every time you see a coin moving or a chart looking interesting. Sometimes there is simply nothing there worth taking, but because you have been watching the market for hours, you start feeling like you must do something. That is where a lot of unnecessary trades can happen. The same thing can happen after a loss as well. You lose a trade and immediately start looking for another one because you want to recover what you just lost. Before you know it, one bad trade has turned into several because you are now trading with your emotions. I think learning to sit out when there is no good opportunity is underrated. You have not lost anything by not taking a trade. The market will still be there tomorrow, and there will always be another opportunity.

Fear is inevitable, especially in trading where it carries heavy risk and stress. All traders have started feeling that fear, but since they want to be profitable in trading, they have to overcome the fear first and foremost. And with constant motivation to keep trading in the market, slowly fear becomes a drive to never stop trading until success is seen.
However, not everyone can overcome the fear in trading, some have remained fearful throughout their trading journey and that prevent them to expand their trading potentials and skills. While others have slowly controlled their fear until it becomes manageable in the end.

Best way to trade is by playing it safe , securing your capital by all cost . I usually tell folks that is better not to trade at all than to make losses . Because you can experience losses to some extent of developing fear of trading at all . For instance you see a good set up that align completely with your strategy , still you won’t be able to take the trade due to the fear of losing more money to the market , so as a trader focus more on quality trade that trading too frequent.

5. Expect to lose sometimes:As a trader, we always need to expect losing because even professionals lose sometimes. What matters is making sure you lose small and win bigger. That is the mindset of a good trader. They don’t give up because losing in trading is natural, but losing a lot is something different.
In trading, it is always important to remember that the market can face any situation at any moment and we must be prepared for losses. The market can collapse in a short time, due to which we must face losses if we trade, so we have to control our emotions. There are many people who cannot control themselves when they lose, they are not prepared for losses in trading. Many times, even experienced traders face losses only due to market instability, so losses can happen at any moment, this is normal in trading. When trading, there will be profits and losses, so we have to be prepared in such a way that even if we lose money, we can control ourselves and have the mentality to start trading again later.

Well, I think from my own experience or view in trading for some time now, I think Fear is really not a sign of weakness in trading…it even proves all facts that you are human not a bot, it's normal to feel weak as a beginner in trading most of the time it happens to even experience trader to but one thing that doesn't happen is that don't panic or think what if I lose everything….and in the human body in gambling, trading too money deals with your emotions, because no one would like to watch there hard earn money disappear…. Best advice: if you feel that trading is not for you who can’t handle risk. Or If the thought of a red day makes you sick, your mind will sabotage you just chill out…

As a trader we must face fear but the way we react when fear comes is what will determine either we are giving ourselves out to losses or not because some traders panic during trading and even with the right strategy their fear and emotions makes them turn profits into losses but when we control our fear and emotion we will watch our strategy execute fully and see if the strategy can be reliable or not.

OP, I read your post. What you say is beneficial but it won't allow you to trade without fear controlling you. There is a fear and there will always be a fear of losing money. You trade to gain profit, not to lose money, so, when you see numbers in red on your opened position, you definitely automatically activate fear in your mind. What happens when you see a lion? You experience fear, doesn't matter what. Fear is the part of our emotion and there is nothing can be done to deactivate it and honestly, it's necessary too, even in trading. If you want to profit in trading, you have to HODL and focus on long-term gains over short-term ones. There will always be fear but when you hold long-term and don't check the price every day, you automatically relax, especially when you know that Bitcoin adoption increases every day and long-term, the price will increase almost guaranteed.

1.Trade with your trading budget :We should always try to trade with an amount we can afford to lose without feeling worried about it. Many traders risk money they can’t afford to lose, thinking they can get profit when they use huge amounts. We need to always control ourselves and not trade with emotions, but follow our rules. It’s better that way. Fear won’t occur because we’re doing what’s best for us.
I believe this is part of life and not only about trading. If a person uses money that he or she cannot afford to lose, that will make the person to start making emotional decision, because that person will be pressured to get that money back. So it's very important to never use money that is meant for everyday survival on trading, and even outside trading. One thing about trading is that even if you're using a good strategy, it is still important to avoid using big amount to trade just because you want big profit. 2. Open a Demo account:It’s better to practice trading with fake money first, learn different strategies, and gain confidence before you start using real funds. I can say you should try it for about 2 to 3 weeks, then later switch to real funds. Start with the little money you can afford to use. Don’t let anyone confuse you. Always follow your rules and only put in funds you can afford to lose 100%.
One thing about demo account is that, everything might be going smoothly when you're using a demo account and you might start thinking you've understand everything not until real money is involve, that is when things will start to feel completely different. When you're learning with a demo account losing $500 will not hurt because that is not a real money. But the moment you deposit money and want to start trading, fear, greed and pressure to recover what you have loss can start affecting you decision. Demo account is only useful to learn how the platform works and probably testing a strategy, but you should not think that you're now fully prepared to start trading.

Fear is a part of the human nature, it is not easy to totally eradicate every manners of fear no matter how brave we are so it is normal to have fear in trading but the level of fear is what matters, if it's a normal and simple fear of not losing your trade I would say that it is normal. My observation is that the more amount that you use for your trading determines the rate of fear that you will have, if you cannot afford to lose $100 and you use it to enter your trade you will notice some level of fear within you but if the $100 is amount that you can afford to lose you wouldn't feel any serious fear. Take for instance when you do demo trading you don't feel any fears so it shows that the fears are as a result of risking your money therefore to eliminate or reduce fear in trading you should always use small amounts to trade. Finally trading is not for everybody, if you cannot withstand the risk then hold Bitcoin for many years and expect profit on the long term.
