‎You think say constructive criticism on Bitcointalk fit encourage new members improve or, you think say e day sometime discourage them from participating where you think say the balance should be ?

It depends on what the receiver of the criticism thinks because, you're the one interpreting the message therefore the ball is in your court to consider what they said to you to have a negative or positive impact on the forum.

Sure you can easily differentiate between a bad and good criticism as one of them won't be offensive but the other will talk down on your efforts but you don't have to allow that get to you because you know what the aim of coming to the forum was and stay true to that aim.

When people criticize you, learn from that criticism and better yourself then you'll see that all those hateful things don't really matter. Some of us went through the same experience and today we're better and so can you too. The forum is full of people from different backgrounds therefore you shouldn't expect people to understand your culture and know that some people ain't well thought so you just have to be the bigger person irrespective of your rank.

‎When I enter Bitcoin talk, I dey worry a lot about making mistakes in within I dey do sometimes people wey sabi am dey show my errors and even though I no like to be corrected I later get say those correction dey actually improve my understanding of Bitcoin and even the way I dey write.

Na so e be for everybody wey join this forum to actually learn, you go make mistake at some and people go correct you no big deal because the forum Na public place to get legit discussion about bitcoin and other opportunities.

‎At the same time I also dey see new members no dey post after dey don receive harsh criticism even when wetin dey do seemed genuine.
‎Even within myself I dey think say correction dey important but the way dey are delivered fit influence whether someone chooses to continue dey learn or just give up.

If person stop posting because some people identify your lapses and correct you, then it clearly shows that you no ready to learn and by doing so that you dey limit your growth for the forum.

Every new member should be happy that his mistake are spotted and corrected. If you stop posting because you’re being corrected then you are doing yourself. And that’s how you lose a lot of information you’re supposed to know. Because there is no way you will get to know something if you don’t contribute. You shouldn’t be scared to post. also, the forum isn’t and examination hall or the court of law for any judgment. everyone is prone to mistakes and can be corrected. The first step to success is admitting your mistakes and taking corrections while improving your self.

Criticism should be an encouragement for newbies to improve because, being a newbie, it means that someone is new to something. When someone is new, it simply means he or she has less knowledge about it.So, if such a person does something wrong and other people point it out, it means the mistake needs quick correction. Before someone criticizes a newbie in this forum, the person may have done something very wrong, perhaps after being warned before and not taking the correction. Or it may be something that is harmful to the forum. In such cases, criticism is meant to help newbies improve and avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.so, anyone who comes here to learn should understand that criticism is not meant to attack anyone but to encourage to improvement. If this forum leave everyone to do what they like, the forum will not be as good it is now, Any place that has rules and regulations people have to criticize one another if they are wrong.

This kind of related topic has been discussed over time and even somewhere like in the beginners and help session too, my happiness is that you called it constructive correction that means it is well organized, now every road  leading one to achieving his goals and objectives might not really be an easy thing, and if you must scale through remaining focused and determined will help alot growing a thicker skin, the importance of this discussion is not only for growth on Bitcointalk but in life experiences and exploration generally because na you wey give up when you are being corrected na in fokup, corrections are meant to be lessons no matter the approach remember that your plans of achieving something hence you should not to be discouraged or distracted for your own good.
