Can you please explain how you're not LeyMonte even though this casino says that you are? You participated in the same promo at the same time using the same IP address apparently, and we just want to know how you could possibly not also own the LeyMonte account. Is the casino detection system wrong?
I don't know how I can prove that LeyMonte is not my alt. I can't prove it either if someone asks me to prove that lovesmyfamilly's alt is not tokentikas. Maybe Scoras team thought I was connected to them because we participated at the same time. I also want to know why they thought I was connected to another account.
So should we say the Scoras.io admin lied regarding your account getting linked to others via IP addresses?
We are not even accusing you of being linked to other accounts through merits or transaction IDs, where you keep saying someone is targeting you. Also, out of the so many accounts that participated in the Scoras promotion. I don't think the representative would just single you out.
Your explanation is not even clear, but I guess we will have to go with the Scoras representative's findings and publications.
How do I know if they are lying or if it is because of a system error that they are saying this?
Yes, I strongly recommend asking the Scoras representative for all the relevant information before everyone makes any decision.
I'm not accusing you or making an assumption, I just wanted to ask your opinion of how you think this could happen -- a casino publicly expels you for cheating. I'm guessing you think they made some kind of mistake.
I've actually tried many times to find out what happened but despite my efforts, I did not get any information about why they are considering me connected.
