• "Suspended/closed accounts" Intent is that a suspension is a hold for review, not a seizure, and a legitimate balance gets released once resolved.

but what about unresolved cases where an account doesn't get unsuspended?
let's say you ask someone for KYC, they fail it, what happens next? what happens to the balance then?

you got to add those crucial details to the terms (KYC/AML procedure, refund policy, etc...), because you can't apply them if players didn't accept them in the first place.

About playblind, I tried to look on their website how the zero-knowledge proof for encrypting hole cards from the casino worked, but I couldn't find anything. Are you sure they actually implement this? If so, if you would detail me to the algorithm implementation, I would be the first to implement this myself, would do it today, as soon as possible.

I just took a look at your website and found the "What happens if I clear my cookies or switch devices?" section in your FAQ really interesting and I think anyone planning to play here should read it carefully.
If someone clears his browser cookies without saving the recovery code, his account and his funds associated will be gone forever. I checked and it seems your system doesn’t allow a logged-in user to log out before saving the recovery code, this is good but it is not enough. At least, you should force users to save their recovery code before letting them make their first deposit.

Welcome to the forum. This is among the few new sites I have seen with a very nice UI. A lot of the sites that I have been seeing lately have all been having those typical generic AI UI but this one looks retro, which is kind of okay.

I also just redeemed the code and got $1.5 from it. I am yet to try it out myself, but let's see how it goes after this post. I would most likely come back to drop more feedback on it.

I mean, the whole point of poker is... Playing it oneself and against others? It would be gullible if some people actually think they can turn their own personal agent into some money printing machine, some kind of passive income source of income...

If there are agents and you start playing against them, you're an idiot. It is reasonable to play if you have an agent you think is better than the others, or if there are enough humans at the table for the agents to fleece them. In other words, in a table you could have three agents who play roughly equally well, and if there are three humans, in the long run, the agents will end up winning the humans' money. Agents, if they are properly configured, not only make the best decision at any given moment, but they also never get tired, never make emotional decisions, and never go on tilt.

It can be interesting if you have a well-configured agent and the site gets enough traffic. Playing as a human against agents is pretty silly.

Yes, at least this service seems committed (in their words) to keep agents properly identified when they are in table with human players. If those human players decide to stay it is because they assume they believe they can out-match literal machines on this game. Whether it is possible or not, it would be a completely different debate.

Not all gamblers have that point of view of yours, I am sure there are some who think they are better than AI, even after losing money in the long term against agents deployed on pokersites.

I would not personally either play against or deploy against on poker tables, it defeats the fun factor of poker, in my opinion.

Not sure about public hand history, but there were a few that offered 0% rake though which wasn't really enough to pull in gamblers. AI poker bots is not a pro here since most gamblers prefer playing against humans instead of bots(Different kinds).

We have some human-only tables. I will expand on this and make it so you can also just only filter on those. Those will have some protection against AI agents (hcaptcha every x hands, + some other secret stuff) but still, It'd be really hard to prevent someone who really wants to use AI to do so.

Also, my experience is that whenever you play against a real "human" on a regular poker site, there is a very real chance he is running some kind of GTO solver.

That’s the problem. The poker market has been in decline for many years now, with a spike during the COVID pandemic, but first the poker schools—with their statistics software—and then the solvers, bots, etc., have dealt it the final blow. Poker’s heyday was full of fish, but these days the fish are moving on to sports betting or other games because they sit down at a table and their money runs out quickly—they’re not having fun.

Setting other aspects aside, good luck if you’re a legitimate business, but personally, I don’t see much of a future for the site. For it to really work, you'd have to be able to get enough traffic—and, above all, enough “fish”—but I think that's a long shot.

The platform does not take the other side of bets or pay winnings from a casino bankroll. Players fund the pots, and the winner receives the funds contributed by the players at the table. Therefore, the $1,000 maximum is simply a per-request withdrawal limit for operational and security purposes—not a maximum win and not an indication of a $100,000 bankroll.

High rollers can play against other players at the available stakes and withdraw larger balances through multiple withdrawal requests.

I have seen some accounts that says no kyc but at last it still happens that one gats to provide a document for them to be able to withdraw specific amount needed from the gambling site. Wow that is Interesting. That is why itis good to read ToS before playing in any casino be a poker or slot casino. Someone like me that like to clear reset browser preference and cookies whenever my device disturbed me and hanging when using might not use this because sometimes I clear it when it is hanging. And not only this site, we should read every casino Tod before using.
