When I read your post, my initial response was to try and counter your post, but then I realised that it would simply be me trying to deny the truth that is right in front of me.

It is this ease of access that is the main reason gambling has grown so rapidly on such a large scale. In fact, gambling is now accessible even to minors, even though they are not yet mature enough to make sound decisions. In the past, people who wanted to gamble had to be truly committed and have free time, because accessing it required extra effort, so not everyone could do it, even if they really wanted to gamble at the time.

Honestly, I'm not so sure that if time were turned back, everything would be normal. Because in the past, information wasn't as fast as it is now. In the past, many people were definitely affected by gambling addiction, but they kept quiet and didn't tell anyone about it. The impact of the economy does have a strong influence on gambling addiction because of the frustrating situation and the desire to get a decent life, so thinking about getting it instantly from gambling is very possible. Most gambling addicts come from the lower middle class. It's good for us to advise each other and provide the right direction in gambling.

From the very beginning and from the invention of casinos, gambling has never been supposed to be "easy" in terms of making money out of it, otherwise casinos would not exist as they do today.

What you are pointing out is the consequence of the mass consumption of gambling by people who are not even supposed to be gambling in the first place. If people were not so aware of gambling addiction stories in the past, it was due to the lack media like the internet. But addiction to gambling has always been there, and it will continue to be there as long as people experience greed.
