If this rule is implemented the next time, I don’t think anyone will fall victim of giving an own goal so easily to their opponent, no matter how busy the one filling the ticket out for a team is, he would make sure everything is in order and other teams members will also cross check to confirm there are no mistakes. An own goal will really be fun, you’ll just have two categories left to fight for two goals when you’re already one goal down.

I am telling you, when own goal is implemented the next time, we will hardly see a team scoring an own goal. More carefulness will be paid to the tickets when submitting. I think me and my team will pay more details to the tickets before we submit them, we don’t want the case of Sheriff to happen to us…we are scared that we may not be able to get out of the round like the Sheriff and their team did😁

As for the round, congrats to our opponents Wrathful Southern Hawks! We started the competition just like the World cup RTG - with a loss.

We were so close to the win, yet so far away. We managed to win the ticket, but odds weren't high enough as we tried to play it safe(r). And then Bayern managed to win 5-0, but that again wasn't enough.

But kudos to our opponents, they beat as fair and square. I did profit a little bit from their win though as I played the ticket identical to theirs. Hedging ftw.

Yes, it was an open and completely uncertain match and in the end we were so close and yet so far away, and practically lost because of 1 goal less scored by Bayern compared to the choice of our opponents, PSG.
It seems that in the next rounds we will have to take a little more risks and play it safe less.
In any case, we are starting this edition of the RTG competition the same way as the one that ended during the world cup, also with a defeat.
Let's hope that history will repeat itself and that we will now start a winning streak.

Well, to be fair, I made the mistake many times on different platforms. All sites will show you the most popular teams and games when opening sports. And this is when I made my mistake. It also doesn't help when during the main teams matches the U21 and U19 will also play the same, or by chance basketball teams with the exact same names are also playing. These days I think even other sports use the same names.

Such a long break, this double international break will be super long. We had a taste of RTG for one round and now it is waiting time. At least it is easier to wait after getting 3 points

Did not know the timeline meant it will be another month before we have matches to answer questions on. This should cause heavy rotations and make the Nations league/friendlies even more boring.

Our team remained silent after the win from the first round because is our way to be.

Nah just kidding i think i posted something after the win but seems like not, in our case we have the win in our hand for several minutes until Bayer Munich started to score like no tomorrow in the last minutes of the game against Bodo, we have to held our breath for a few second, but in the end we clinch the win.

In my particular case im still pissed with Luis Enrique for benching Kravaskelia.

I was also waiting for the questions since today is usually the deadline for submission not knowing we are on a long break. I checked and saw that until next month before a champions league game will be played again. A really boring week ahead of us couple with the international breaks.

Here in Croatia we generally love the Nations League and think it's important as long as we are performing well. But if we start with a loss or two, we see it as unnecessary and a waste of everyone's time. Very pragmatic.

This is not a little bit, but very strange. The next break for the Nations League will be in November, but only two rounds will be played instead of the current three, so it might be shorter. Then there will be the winter break in the Champions League itself, followed in March by another break for the Nations League play-offs. The season has been torn to shreds. It's sad, I don't like such kaleidoscope of events, there is no any consistency.

I couldn't agree more. Commercial interests are definitely part of the reason international tournaments keep getting added to the calendar. Just when the rhythm of the new season starts setting in suddenly it all stops again. The breaks are really frustrating and didn't we just recently finish the World Cup?

The players are all complaining about the workload in a season which has caused lots of injuries and the scheduling of these games just feels unnecessary. I also don't see the need of having so many international games. The Nations league and some friendlies that are not necessary should definitely be scrapped. Probably the new Club World Cup format should be considered as well, they all add unnecessary workload for the players.

I watch Barca femini play some of the time and continental tournaments when it gets to the later stages, but not much else football on the women side.

I struggle to be sympathetic with the players for the matches pile up. They negotiate for bumper deals each time they want to sign a new deal. The money comes through more matches and more exposures for the tournaments they are playing in.

It's a long break, but there is no relaxing. As the captain of my team, i will make sure that all the answers are ready on time There are many good teams, but i think we have a good chance to be in the top 4 despite the first loss. Still, it's only the beginning
