Modlog does not show User ID in some cases, why?

Why does the modlog show this inconsistency?
In the screenshot notice line 1 and 5 contain a user ID

But line 2 and 4 do not contain a user ID, it's just member #0

Maybe just maybe its a banned account or temporary banned or something. There's no post bout it from theymos either so maybe some mods can explain.

Also, i guess this is just a new update.

I'm not sure how they got deleted or why they're listed as being deleted by member #0. Maybe the forum auto-deleted them for some reason.

Oh, so this is not new, i really thought this is just new, i just saw them when ninja replied to me about my issue on telegram bot.
