I don't think it is wise in any sense for you to be using money for another purpose either important or not to gamble, the only money you should be using to gamble is money that you've allocated and planned to use for gambling not money that has another purpose now being diverted to use for gambling. If you cannot control yourself from not diverting money meant for unimportant purposes to gambling even though that amount of money has not been allocated to gambling it will not be long before you start diverting money meant for important purposes to gambling.

I didn't just gamble it all once, it was a gradual process with the hope of recovering back my losses but you know how this kind of thing use to later play out. To be honest I have had both sweet and painful moments in casino gambling. My worst experience was not losing huge amount of money to casino gambling, my worst experience was the day I gambled with public funds that was given to me to hold.

What happened was that, a friend of mine called me on the phone and told me that he had this sure game I should play it with any amount that it would enter. The worst part was the seemingly never-ending losing streaks in poker. When I played for over a decade, let’s say that, on average, once a year I’d hit a losing streak that could last from weeks to a little over a month.
