Sosaiem (SOSA)
Post-Quantum · Fair-Work PoW · No Premine · Society's Coin
What it isSosaiem is a community-run proof-of-work coin written from scratch in Python. No company behind it, no premine, no operator who can flip it off. It's mined and run by the people who use it, full stop.
Two things make it worth a look.
First, the wallets are post-quantum. SOSA signs with ML-DSA-65 (Dilithium), a lattice-based scheme. Bitcoin, Ethereum, basically everything on secp256k1 or ed25519 has signatures that a big enough quantum computer will eventually crack. SOSA's won't. Your keys and your coins stay valid when that day comes.
Second, mining is fair-work, so a small machine still earns. The block reward gets split by how much actual work you contributed across recent blocks, not winner-take-all. No pool needed, no farm needed. A regular CPU that does real work gets a real cut. It's built so the little guys aren't locked out by whoever has the biggest rig.
Specs- Algorithm: scrypt PoW
- Signatures: ML-DSA-65 (Dilithium, post-quantum)
- Block time: ~60s, LWMA difficulty
- Reward: 1.66666667 SOSA per block, split by fair-work
- Max supply: 12,212,010 SOSA
- Premine: none
- Feeless transfers, built for tiny amounts
- Finality: once a block settles it's permanent, no deep reorgs
Why it existsSociety's coin, not the law's. Private, permissionless money with no one sitting in the middle, built to still be standing after the crypto everyone else uses gets broken. It's small right now, a few miners. Check it out if you want something real and join people who want to mine it, run a node, and grow it with me.
Get inMiners, node runners, anyone who cares about the quantum angle, come build it.
