If you ask me as a greedy trader, I would always prioritize hitting maximum profits, regardless if risk management will be compromised. But we all know this won't work for trading in the long run. So we have to be more cautious in our decision making and create actions that we won't regret in the end.

However, instead, a trader should be more seen taking calculated risk and avoid being a slave of own emotions. Strict risk management should always be emphasized and prioritized. And if the market allows chances of leveraging, maybe that would also be a great option to try as long as the trader is still careful on his actions.

As a trader, I would always want both, still align with risk management yet making the most of the profits. I think that's how a trader should be, and not just choose or prioritize one after the other.

However, most of us can only stick with risk management, but the future profits aren't guaranteed. This is the one we should be working on with, not just maximizing risk management alone but the profits remain unsustainable. Trading is expensive, that's why the more we need it to work.

Now, with just your technical analysis of the market, after your analysis meets all your criteria’s of taking a trade, an A+ setup trade in this case, do you increase your leverage since the setup is an A+ and will most probably have a 90% chance of success. Do you adjust your risk approach to such trades in order to maximise your profits or you just stick to your normal risk?
No matter how authentic a trading set-up could be I wouldn't be that fooled enough to go increase my leverage, of course I am working on my losses where I am trying to reduced and limits how often I could be losing trades so irrespective of how clear the setup could be I wouldn't go against my Will and target just to increase my profit level. Trading is not for the weak or for the faint hearted, so when trading it's better to reduce the rate at which we lose  zero only that we can grow, but do not worry about how much we can make from each of our trades, at least 1-5$ is enough to always make while trading and whenever we set a limits of earning it would enable us to seriously reduce loses.

What i noticed and realize in the market that technical analysis gives u a probability of a trade it did not gives u guarantee profits. Most of the time a setup looks good and in favor but still ended up in loss because beside technical analysis there a lot of things a person has to  keep in mind to become profitable. First of all discipline. Discipline is to not enter in a market due to Fear of missing out (FOMO) sometimes a setup looks good but when you increase the leverage by thinking like it is a good setup and i have to increase the profits but actually you are increasing the chances of your liquidation. One little wrong move and a person becomes liquidated as a trader if i see a good setup i will not increase my leverage i will follow my risk management.
Yeah I agree; there is no guarantee with technical analysis. You can't just find something that is surely going to make you money. If that was the case, then we would all be making a lot of money right now. However, you should still do it, and the main reason is that there is no alternative to it.

I mean, if you do not do TA, then you either do not trade, so you do not make a loss, or you trade without TA, and how is it better to trade without TA? Like, are you going to just pick a pair and buy something because you feel like it? Or are you going to just use a randomiser and pick that?

You have no other way of knowing what could go up without TA; the only thing that can tell you something like that would be doing research and using analysis to figure out what could be going up or going down. Of course you could be wrong at times, but it is still a far greater method than whatever else we have in the world, which is why it is such a good deal.
