Post on boards where you are interested the most. Don't try to jump into topics or threads that you like to throw randomly. Although it's not going to be bad to be curious and ask genuine questions like what you're doing now. You already stated what your intention is and what your goals are. Which is to earn from posting.

It is obvious someone introduced you to the forum and perhaps left you to figure out things on your own.

Remove the impression that you are here to earn when you have not become an established member.

Learning in the forum is from reading, conversation, constructive argument, and experience.

That is my observation too, he look like someone who was introduced by someone and left to figure out how the forum works, i expect him to know more than this, because the way he is asking looks like he don’t know anything about forum and i believe that anyone who join forum is introduced by someone, but we should not blame him because as a newbie who don’t know anything about the forum or your are not guided by anyone you are going to confused and some will find it difficult to understand easily, i believe gradually he will understand the forum.

You can sell online products or offer services here. Services like

• Escrow

  You can check the service board for ideas on services you can offer for a fee

OP, if you can't find anything yourself, then you are not independent, and all your questions are so obvious that I can simply predict your future.

There are two options. Based on your questions, you came here to “work,” but by asking such questions and rushing to answer without understanding what’s expected of you, you’ll either leave the forum soon or many users will add you to their ignore lists. And then you’ll have to forget about merits.

Not all cases are like that, of course it will depend on your contribution. 
You're interested in earning income from the forum, but if that's your motivation, I'm not sure you'll last long here. But since you have some interests related to the topics here, it will be good to use that as motivation to develop yourself.

To correct you, it is how you can learn to earn, because you are the one who is requesting this.

From my little experience on this forum, if you have any service you render to people that has to do with cryptocurrency or any other relevant professional skilled you they have acquired and want to promote such, this platform could be an avenue for you to display your competency and as well have those that will develop interest in what you offer and pay you in Bitcoin, there are many other ways you could n if you follow through the suggestions other members have contributed above.

There are jobs but people need to have knowledge and skills to work but with development and adoption of AIs recent years, there will be less jobs for human. Companies would like to use AI agents, bots as replacements of human in order to cut as most operation cost as possible.

Lending is risky and you can see how risky it is with many loan defaulted cases from shasan.
Escrow service is not too commonly used in this forum.
Management is not possible if you are a newbie but if you can be a good member, rank up and try, maybe you will become a manager of signature campaigns or contests in the future.
