Great ANN presentation for sure and the site design itself is great too though that's where the good stuff ends for me. You operate on a Costa Rica license which is a business license and not helpful for player protection at all unlike Anjouan, Curacao etc.

That's a red flag. Why the heck would anyone want to risk their funds here when they can play at proper licensed casinos which are far more popular in comparison? Careful people!

Welcome to the forum, and once again I'm seeing "NO KYC Crypto Casino," but I wonder: why don't all the casinos that appear on this forum promising "NO KYC Crypto Casino" also include this in their terms of service to make it clearer and safer for everyone? I have a theory about why they don't do this: it's so that if they pay for a license, they'll be approved. The problem is that the casino only relies on its terms of service whenever it involves a dispute with a client.

So, a client arrives at this forum and reads: " NO KYC Crypto Casino " The person will think: "I'll create an account and I don't need to enter my real data because the casino is NO KYC." But one day, the person deposits a small amount of money and wins a lot, and when it's time to withdraw, it will be pending for many days until they contact support and are presented with the terms of service.

Particularly point 2.1, which says the following:

2.1 User Accounts

When You create an account on blockspins.com, You must provide Us information which must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Services and Website.

source: https://blockspins.com/en/info/terms

At that point, the person won't be able to win the case. The terms of service are what matter. Another important point I noticed is the following:

Point number 13

13. TERMINATION

§ We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

source: https://blockspins.com/en/info/terms

This means that if someone plays and wins a lot of money and wants to withdraw it, and the casino doesn't like it, they can close the person's account and take all of their money. They can do this without prior notice and don't need the person to have violated any terms of service for them to make this decision.

I want to share the number of scam accusations against your casino:

January 2026: 1 scam accusation against your casino

December 2025: 2 scam accusations against your casino

NO KYC is now a very used marketing buzz word Sad

It is very hard to find a real no kyc casino, because like you said they are all no kyc until one magical day they say your bet is a missprice, or any other excuse about your account saying you are abusing promotions or lines. Then it is either KYC or lose all the earnings

Self-exclusion makes users forfeit their winnings does not make any sense Huh

Any chance that they take the money and increase the house edge and profitability, it seems they are doing it. I hope anyone from BlockSpins clarifies what is this all about
