Those inconsistencies will just confuse people, if what they have said is true or not.

Since when their messages on public says that they don't ask that, but their documents says another thing. This create confusion and sign that there's something wrong with those people working in this platform.

I hope you know about the situation with the regulator these days. We cannot actually speak out minds publicly. We had to put a lot of things due to the regulation requirements. So, please take our words instead. The KYC is for the fiat users and in case of suspicious activity, not for the exclusive crypto gamblers.

But even at so, I think using a thread to organize the bonus would be better, I think there is a brand that currently offering similar if not the same type of bonus in their casino as well, but they used the games and round board for the organization of their bonuses offer and application.

Don't get me wrong, the particular means they have chosen is also not bad but I think a lot of users might end up getting missed since the bonus offer tend to attract lots of users since it's literally free money and we all saw a lot of abuses too with the other casino that offer this sort of offer.
