I think there's no limits getting rich in life. We are all entitled to get rich but it also comes with huge efforts and sacrifices, and not everyone is prepared to take that risk. And frankly speaking, if you solely rely in your salary, no matter how high it is, it won't make you get rich in life, but it can make your life somehow comfortable and more convenient to live.

Now, if workers and politicians aim to get rich in life, then they should start thinking like those wealthy individuals who get rid of spending more but focus more on how their money works in the long run. They should shift their focus on how to start with smart investments, focus on long term planning and goals, and continuous learning without setting limits.

People do not become rich overnight, but its a continuous practice of hard work, patience and resilience that motivates them to never stop working even when their goals are already within reach.

Of course, there are no limits to getting rich, but one thing is for sure: the higher the demand, the higher the price and it's true that not everyone is ready to take such risks, which is why they are comfortable with the position they are in. In my opinion, I don't see a reason why people struggle to become richer or accumulate more wealth when they can already pay their bills and live comfortably. So instead of struggling to accumulate more wealth, they can use that time to maintain what they already have by investing in something that will continually generate income.

In the long run, it’s more about what you do with your money than the kind of job you have. right time and having the right information can also make a big difference. Your point is very valid, if you want to become rich you should think beyond working for somebody and think out of the box on how to be an entrepreneur, an investor or have a skill that would make you to become independent and source for contracts by yourself. Even if you are working for somebody you should see it as temporary not where you will end your retirement and when you cannot meet up with your dreams of becoming rich the alternative would be to steal from your employers or join politics to loot government funds.

Being an investor and entrepreneur requires a lot of hard work, there is no substitute for that. Investing is no less of a chore than any practice or continuous learning. But for those who are starting from zero, it is normal for them to work under others. And can continuously save money from the earned money, which will help to become a successful entrepreneur in future.

However, those who work in government jobs get a lump sum on retirement. And in old age, you can spend this money freely. But it doesn't need any politics. Because those who do politics, they are associated with political organizations from a young age.

I guess corruption is already tied to politicians. Majority of them are corrupts, that's why most of them are actually living a comfortable and luxurious life.

But the question is, can they get rich even without corruption? Obviously yes, but their financial progress won't be that fast. If they create business or investment that will give them consistent bigger revenues, then it will still make them rich in the long run. But the process may not be that easy and profitable, if they are resilient enough to stand up every time there is downfall, I think getting rich will still be possible after years of making the business or investment works.

It is rare but employees can become rich while working under someone, take for the instance Nvidia, a good number of their employees are millionaires but again that is very rare but it is possible if the company grows its portfolio. Now that is alot easier said than done for most companies but it is possible but then like you said if you dont want to wait for that rare cases and you want to be rich, you have to think outside the box and use your value to enrich yourself. You have to think of a solution to a problem that exist and provide enough value for it, this one is still easier said than done but chances of getting rich this way is bigger than working for someone and then hoping the company's portfolio grows to the point where your salaries comes in the millions.

Firstly, I want to know that the use of insider information is only illegal in the common man space, but in the powerful and rich people space, it's called the sharing of business ideas.
For example, a US veteran (Van Dyke) used insider information to bet on the prediction market to win big; a lawsuit was filed against him, he was arrested, and later pleaded not guilty. He got released on a $250,000 bond while he turned $33,000 into $410,000 through the bet.

What if i tell you some stocks that will do 100x and more next year, are already known by some powerful/rich people, but it's still unknown to us?

Politicians get a fixed salary from the government, if they only take that salary, they will never be able to get rich very quickly because this salary is not of a very large amount. I've heard many interviews from millionaires and billionaires who categorically tells their interviewers that nobody can become rich working for somebody else. Many employees and politicians that are public workers knows that employers and the government can only pay you what they figure that you would be comfortable with, they don't make plans for you to become rich.

Your topic sounds like stealing and being corrupt is the only option to being rich, that's a choice and shouldn't be considered an option cause people can still become wealthy by going into a honest  business or an invest. In other countries, politicians and workers may work and work hard and become rich by doing politics honestly, but in our Bangladesh, no politician can ever become rich without corruption. In my country, politicians create a money empire by embezzling people's money and laundering money to create bank balances in a few days, which they cannot do by doing politics properly and honestly. 99 percent of the politicians in my country are directly involved in corruption. If their bank balances and daily money transactions are properly investigated, then each of them will be accused of corruption.

For the context of the politicians, it's a different ball game because they generally get access to public funds and just a few of them get to spend it for what it's being meant for. If a politician doesn't embezzle public funds, he's no different from regular salary earner and wether or not he's going to make any difference in his financial life will be dependent on how he handles and manages his finances. You’re very correct, salary can’t make a person to be comfortable in life, and its difficult for a person to become rich. If a person truly wants to build wealth, he needs to know how business and money works,  develop a good skills and look for a very legit opportunities instead of depending on salary.

I think the accusation of stealing money should only be applied to politicians, I doubt if a private sector can actually let an employee go free after stealing funds, firstly private organization files are always transparent and less difficult to calculate the loss and gain well that’s for private sector.
The political field is so corrupt, any politician having the mindset not to steal is actually a genuine one but, the discouraging part is seeing others steal from the government and then being left behind is also another problem reason why stealing will not stop anytime soon. It is surprising to see that you are unaware of corporate jobs and their payouts. You can actually get rich by working in an organization and I am not sure why you think that is impossible. There are high earners in tech, finance, consulting and many other sectors who get a salary, stock options, and profit sharing that actually build generational wealth. This is not a secret, and I am not sure whether you are confusing an extra job with actual investing.

Look at corporate leaders like Satya Nadella or Sundar Pichai—they are technically employees working for an organization, but their net worth is in the hundreds of millions. Yes is true that the chances of salary making you rich is low . That doesn’t mean being a salary earner is bad , many usually say that because salary is usually fixed amount , while businesses earnings are not fixed actually varies boils down to the number of sales for instance . Sounds fair advice generally because wages are given in dollars or fiat and we know the value of paper money is not being supported in fact the opposite, so how you going to get seriously rich collecting bag of leaves basically.  The owner of a company gains from the asset value so much more then the standard employee.

  I would not say its impossible because employees can get share awards and all kinds of benefits but the bias is massively against the salaried worker over the person who manages to go it alone and run a company, even freelancers seem often better off just its alot harder then having a regular job to go to no matter what.

That is true, and having a low salary as politician can make them do more corruption. Best approach is with Singapore, LKY did increased the salaries of the politicians although it's not 100% corruption-free but it did worked for their country.
