First of all, we would like to clarify an important point regarding KYC. Reels.io does not require mandatory KYC verification as part of the standard registration process or regular use of the platform. However, this does not mean that verification cannot be requested in certain cases.
then stop saying you are a "No KYC Casino", it doesn't matter if you ask for it at signup, after a big win, or after a widthraw request, if you ask for KYC at all, you are not a no KYC casino. period.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to request identity verification when additional checks are necessary for security, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or to confirm account ownership.
can you please tell us which regulatory authority are you subjected to?
My understanding is that, one is either KYC or No KYC! They can't be something in the middle. Companies here promoting themselves as NO KYC and later asking it's users for KYC info under suspicious activity / special cases, this is not right at all! Personally I have nothing against a casino being KYC based, but I would still appreciate a little transparency or honesty. I know nowadays it has become a marketing gimmick to say NO KYC but still nobody should use this term lightly.
Btw, I asked their support for info on KYC, and what I received wasn't helpful at all. I simply don't understand why won't they answer a simple question without registering first. Different day, different casino, same old template answer.

@Reels.io, you need to update your ANN image link again, for some reasons it's showing the image proxy error.
