Anyway, a lot of members here don't consider a casino as a "no kyc" if they can ask gamblers for kyc verificiation at the casino's discretion, that's why you see forum members mentioning it.

can you please tell us which regulatory authority are you subjected to?

My understanding is that, one is either KYC or No KYC! They can't be something in the middle. Companies here promoting themselves as NO KYC and later asking it's users for KYC info under suspicious activity / special cases, this is not right at all! Personally I have nothing against a casino being KYC based, but I would still appreciate a little transparency or honesty. I know nowadays it has become a marketing gimmick to say NO KYC but still nobody should use this term lightly.

Btw, I asked their support for info on KYC, and what I received wasn't helpful at all. I simply don't understand why won't they answer a simple question without registering first. Different day, different casino, same old template answer.
