Casino guru represantative replied, he forwarded this topic to Stake represantatives but I don't have any hope in Stake side. They are like robots they don't care about customers.
That's unfortunately very true. All you can do is wait and hope, nothing else. If you try to share it in the forum or even on reddit stake's garbage mods will delete it immediately ban you, that's how they handle cases like this, been there and done that already.
These fxxxers even banned me from their reddit sub for simply telling the truth, you can't voice your opinion against this nazi like run company.
