Yes I believe, because when a gambler keeps winning over and over it can become addiction too, your mindset will be messed up you will open door for temptation and greed, you will feel like it's never going to end.

You're actually making sense, winning and losing can make gamblers go out of their initial plans.  When you are gambling with the amount of money you decided within yourself to be staking with untill your budget get exhausted or untill you finally decide to walk away, and you keep winning continuously you may be tempted to increase your stake so that you can win big at once and then walk away.  Your luck may ran out, and you could lose all your money in the process, and when you are also losing, you can be tempted to chase your losses with the hope of winning big on one of your bets and recover all your losses.

I don’t think it’s visible anyway, and if a gambler happens to always win more than he loses then it’s actually a profitable business when you do the plus and minus. But it’s the opposite case when it comes to gambling most of the gamblers I know lose more than they win, and that’s the reason they are still chasing those loses in trying to win them back and they end up being addicted.

This is something that has happened to me several times which I'm still trying to figure out why I usually end up increasing my stake whenever I'm on a winning streak, maybe it was because I felt it was my lucky day or I wanted to win big all at once and then walk away. Op you're correct wins can sometimes make a gambler become really confident about winning the next round but I don't think the problem lies in winning alone, as the losses after a win increases his idea will shift from the hope of winning to recovering back his loss at least to break even with his last win.
