Unpopular opinion: Bitcoin hits $80,000 because the price decreased this year.
When the Bitcoin price increases, people always assume it is a result of the Trump effect or some event. Bitcoin is unpredictable, and the price of Bitcoin doesn't depend on anyone or any occurrence. If the price of Bitcoin has been going down for some time, it is expected that the price can also increase at any time.

I just wish people would try to predict or understand the cause of the volatility for no serious reason because if one is too inquisitive about the reason for the volatility of Bitcoin and doesn't take the time to analyze it, it can be misleading. The bullish sign of the Bitcoin price shouldn't surprise anyone.

Liquidity volatility is one reason for the price increase. When ideas start moving towards a certain limitless goal, it becomes difficult for an investor to uncover the possible reason among many reasons. Although most investors have high expectations for this journey, I thought that the price of Bitcoin would be limited to $80k - $85k. Currently, the price has started moving slightly lower or is trying to balance by maintaining a stable position.

The main reason is the increase in demand which is a manifestation of the global adoption of Bitcoin. I clicked on this pool "Nearly $2B in Bitcoin ETF inflows last week."

You confused me with your term "Liquidity Volatility" I don't understand how liquidity volatility caused the the recent price push, if you said market has gotten enough liquidity which makes the price to push up I will understand but saying liquidity volatility is very confusing perhaps you should break it down for me. When demand is high, buyers will always overwhelmed sellers thereby causing price to move in the uptrend. And yea when market move from a state of inbalance or inefficiency sometimes it will come and create a balance before continuing the...
The reason I used the term liquidity volatility is because there has been a lot of investment in the market, which has led to an increase in the price of Bitcoin. Due to the liquidity crisis, the amount of volatility in the market increases and when the excess liquidity leaves the market, price volatility is created. I wanted to say that the speed with which liquidity has been created to increase the demand for Bitcoin, I used the term volatility as volatility. Basically, when large investment institutions sell Bitcoin holdings on a large scale, it spreads quickly on social media and the market becomes more unstable, but with the news of the purchase, the psychological struggle of ordinary investors to increase Bitcoin holdings starts and they buy more Bitcoin. The main reason for the decrease or increase in price is liquidity volatility, which is created by all kind of investors on a large scale.

Even though the clarity act isn't officially law yet, the market always trades on anticipation rather than the news itself. Trump openly pushing for it gives institutions the legal confidence they've been waiting for.
I'm not sure if that is the reason for the recent pump as it was expected to be approved but it was not. So in any case that we talk about it, shouldn't be the reason for this so called bull run as others have pointing out.

I dont know if the people who think the clarity act was behind the recent pump have actually taken the time to look into it. From what I understand, there is a pretty low chance that the bill will be passed this year. Also, the bill is mainly about defining the role of the SEC and CFTC in regulating crypto, especially altcoin. What does that have to do with Bitcoin? So I do not find it very convincing to say clarity act was what drove the recent rally.

But now the correction has happened, perhaps the pump is goes as it lasted or it is just shallow. However, as much as we said that Bitcoin is not influence by news then what can we say about the announcement of FED chair that definitely put a dent on the market in the last 24 hours?

Who told you that Bitcoin isn't affected by news? Bitcoin is also just a financial market, driven by capital flows, investor sentiment. So it can't be immune to macroeconomic news.

I believe it's helpful to make the distinction between the trigger and the fuel. The rally can begin with a positive headline macro change, but the degree of the rally is determined by the amount of buying pressure that is in the market. Traders waiting for confirmation can take advantage after resistance breaks and short position traders can close their trades, leading to more demand. Not all the move is due to the Clarity Act, the dollar falling in value or due to liquidations. Those can compound and the positioning of the market prior to the breakout can carry as much weight as the headline that gets attention.

CLARITY ACT that has not been passed can not cause increase in bitcoin price

What that caused the increase bitcoin price is debt buyback announcement of the United States. There have been many threads that this has been discussed about.

Immediately after the announcement, the price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies started to increase.
Yes, the Clarity Act has not yet been passed, but we have noticed that Trump, along with top crypto industry officials, strongly urged Congress to pass the Clarity Act. Perhaps their positive decision has had a positive impact on the cryptocurrency market, as a result of which the price of Bitcoin has increased to eighty thousand dollars, but currently the market has slightly decreased and is now at $ 78 thousand.

This is precisely the reason for the increase in the price of Bitcoin is the announcement of the full purchase of US debt. Also, you should pay attention to other key factors that have also affected the price of Bitcoin, such as, Trump said the United States must remain the undisputed leader in digital assets. Also he said regulatory agencies are actively working to bring hyperliquid $HYPE to the United States and he announced his administration has ended the war on crypto forever.

Yes, it reached that level, but it didn't hold, and I think the main reason was that whales are testing the supply at that price. Seeing so much supply means the $77k-$80k range is heavy with sell orders, requiring stronger demand to absorb it. They're likely testing the waters, which is why the price is fluctuating, but that's not a bad sign at all.

Given how fast BTC has been moving, I suspect it's close to breaking above $80k, provided no major negative fundamental event triggers market panic. If broader conditions stay stable, the bullish momentum should carry on.

It looks like it will take some time for Bitcoin to rise to higher prices, because right now the price is firmly held back at the daily supply zone, specifically in the $80k–$82k range. Once that zone is touched, the price immediately drops gradually, indicating significant rejection or selling pressure. This is clearly visible on the H4 chart, where Bitcoin attempted to break out of that price level twice and was rejected both times.

As long as the price remains above $75k, i think the chances of the uptrend continuing are still quite high, but if the price breaks below that level, we’ll see Bitcoin move sideways again. Hopefully, there will be positive news in the future that can drive stronger buying pressure.
