Just search what CEXs are available in your country. After that, buy USDT/USDC using P2P with your e-wallet, this is by far the fastest way to buy, but first you must complete their KYC or you won't be allowed to use P2P. Then go to the trade section and choose spot BTC/USD. If you still don't get it, for sure there's a lot of tutorial videos out there on different platforms.
Don't fall for anyone saying they will do it for you. Always do it yourself.
