A healthy cash flow makes the business more profitable and appealing to investors while a business with unresolved cash flow problems will put the business into hiatus or completely shutting down in the end. That's why cash flow should be managed well and transparency should be followed. Otherwise, if there are cash flows unlisted or unreported, or there are misspending of cash, that will result in an unhealthy cash flow and would lead to a business failure and lose all the opportunities for future profits.

A healthy cash flow makes the business more visible for progress, but having cash flow problems that remain unsettled will deprived the business from its future growth and profit opportunities.

As a business, irrespective of being classified as an established business a business trying to be established, a small scale, middle scale or large scale business, one important factor to being established and capacity to expand, and utilize opportunities when they arrive is to have a healthy cash flow, in order words avoid cash flow problems, or pit simply always have available funds at your disposal.
As a business owner, I completely understand the weight of this, trying to scale a business without heavy flow of cash is similar to just having dreams without the necessary tools or resources to make it a reality. Now especially in my country, the flow of cash is very limited and thus exposes a lot of small businesses to early stage collapse due to lack of funds.

I think having cash flow problems are normal for beginners in the business. They are still learning the process so expect that there will be more financial mistakes due to poor decision making. But it should not be normalized, because once its left that way, bigger problems will arise that will affect the production of the business and the customer satisfaction itself.

Cash flow problems are one of the challenges for a business to thrive. That's why some end up taking additional loans to cover up that loss, but only to find out its another trap to make the business more prone to bigger financial losses. Without wise decision making, that business will surely end up in closure.
